Get ready for a great vacation in this beach block home. Enjoy the water views from the 2nd floor enclosed porch while relaxing on one of the couches or enjoying a meal with friends. This newly re-decorated house is bright and airy with a touch of blue to compliment the hardwood flooring and white walls. Truly a gem that will be hard to leave when your vacation ends...

This home is available for shorter stays in the off-season (3 night minimum). Ask your agent for details and rates.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

The property does not accept pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

We liked the garage fridge and were able to use some of the pool toys. The AC worked very well and was very responsive. There was an issue with the hot water heater when we arrived which we were not able to get immediate assistance for, but thankfully we were able to reset it. There were also small ants in the kitchen.

Hot Days But Cool Vacation

The house has more than enough room for the 10 people we have and comes stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the public beach so it’s not crowded but close enough to walk into town. We love all of the memories we have made here over the years and can’t wait until next year! The rental company is always very responsive to any issues that have come up during our stays.

The beach is a short walk and no big waves which the kids loved. Bring your paddle boards, etc. Huge dining area and comfy beds. Kitchen is well stocked, except no beverage pitchers. Extra fridge in garage was great as was the outside shower in the fenced backyard. Easy check in and check out too!
