The open bedroom sits opposite where you can get comfortable on the large Queen Nectar Premier Memory Foam Mattress and stream all your favorites on the big screen with access to Netflix and a blu ray player – perfect for a cozy movie night in.

Brew up a fresh pot of coffee in the morning and start your day sitting in the sunshine at the café style dining table. Here you can take in the leafy views of the neighborhood and catch up on work with free WiFi to keep you connected.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. Fill up the fridge with supplies at the local Whole Foods supermarket just half a mile away or eat out with many great cafes and restaurants only a short walk or drive away.

Well mannered dogs are welcome (don’t bark unattended, don’t bite, trained/kenneled and do not ruin my space), we ask that you bring a leash and walk your dog in our lovely dog-friendly neighborhood. The yard is inaccessible between the main house and the Tiny House. $30 per pet. Maximum 2 dogs.

Please note there is a $40 fee for early check in or late checkout. Must be requested when booking.
