House in secure residence (electric gate) direct access to the beach by gate panoramic view of the coast from Collioure to Leucate, from Canigou to Corbières, 3 terraces and a small garden.
Composed of an open kitchen with sea view, very well equipped, dishwasher, fridge with 3 * freezer compartment, electric oven and microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, sufficient dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
Living room with an exceptional sea view opening onto a 15 m2 terrace with table deckchairs and armchairs, barbecue and a small garden overlooking the beach with an area of 30 m2, sofa and high chair chairs, television. Another 16 m2 terrace with table and armchairs, electric plancha.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms (loan of a travel cot and mattress) including a sea view, a bathroom (baby bath available) and a separate toilet.
On the second floor, a bedroom with terrace overlooking the sea and Collioure.
Private enclosed garage and one parking space.
Shops nearby, Collioure 1 km by coastal road.
Rental of sheets and towels, 20 euros per bed on request.
End of stay cleaning to be carried out.

Super Lage in wunderschöner Gegend

Das Haus liegt wunderbar direkt am Meer (1 Minute zu Fuss den kleinen Pfad hinunter). Ein Paradies zum Schnorcheln! Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich in der Nähe, oder sonst 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss im Ort. Unglaublich schöne Gegend, es gibt so viel zu sehrn uns zu machen! Das Haus selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber anonsten praktisch eingerichtet (und wohl auch deswegen vergleichsweise preisgünstig). Einziger Wehmutstropfen: es ist recht hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn sehr laut. Wenn man in der Hinsicht nicht empfindlich ist, ist es perfekt.

Ruhig, mit tollem Meerblick, nah zum Strand - damit ein guter Ort zum Entspannen. Bad und Terrasse (Stufen zum Strandweg fehlen!) könnten eine Modernisierung gut vertragen.

Séjour agréable très belle vue, belle grandeur de chambres ,salle de bain trop petite et devrait être rénovée ,mobilier fort ancien,trop de chose personnel qui reste dans les armoires et fort loin de Collioure et pas exacte sur l'annonce .Pour nous le prix était fort élevé pour ce bien comparé au autres locations rénovées

Tolle Lage, alt(modisch), aber gut ausgestattet

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Ein Strand ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Nach Collioure kann man bequem laufen und Port-Vendres mit einigen netten Restaurants ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Ausstattung, keine Klimaanlage und ist teilweise schon länger nicht renoviert (Farbe im Bad platzt ab). Aber der Blick von der Terasse und die tolle Lage entschädigen dafür. Schnorchel nicht vergessen. Das Wasser ist sehr klar und sauber in der Bucht.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, avec terrasse et vue directe sur la mer avec petit sentier descendant vers la crique et sa plage. Seul petit bémol : il restait de la nourriture dans le réfrigérateur....Excellent séjour.Merci

Propriété bien située vue mer

Nous avons trouvé une maison agréable avec une cuisine complète avec notamment un four. A noter une disposition à trois niveaux, quatre avec la cave ou se trouve la machine à laver le linge. La vue est magnifique .l’environnement est calme et il y a un parking réservé ce qui est indispensable avec Collioure à 1km.

Paysage de rêve et calme absolu

Nous avons adoré cette location idéalement placée entre le tumulte de Collioure et le calme de Port Vendres. La villa est très bien équipée même si la décoration est plutôt vintage. Les chambres sont assez grandes et propres. La vue est magnifique et le coucher de soleil à tomber. Nous n’avons qu’une hâte... revenir l’année prochaine 😉 Notre hôtesse était charmante et à l’écoute... merci pour son accueil chaleureux.

Plein la vue

Idéalement située, avec une vue splendide sur la mer et son accès direct via les rochers, plage à 200m, tout le confort y est ! Tout cela nous fait oublier la déco un peu vieillotte. De plus l'accueil a été très chaleureux et très facile. Une bonne adresse à conserver !

Logement un peu viellot mais pratique et bien situé. Vaisselle pas très propre à notre arrivée . Situation très agréable . Accès facile à Collioure à pied. Belle vue mer (il faudrait mettre le fil à linge ailleurs pour ne pas cacher la vue).

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Séjour très agréable et très bon accueil. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’accès direct à la mer, la plage et ses rochers. Couchers de soleil magnifiques, vue sur la mer depuis la maison, la terrasse, les chambres... Très calme et paisible. Proximité commerce et villes alentours (Collioures, Argeles...) très appréciable.
