Home has 4 bedrooms; 2upstairs, 1 king and 2 twins, main floor; ; king and queen. The house has 3 baths, Mud Room with laundry. Spacious living room/kitchen area with granite island that seats five; great for entertaining! House has CENTRAL AIR. There's a spacious outdoor patio, table and a grill and outdoor enclosed shower.

Beaches that non-residents can use: Menauhant Beach (has a parking fee) Surf Drive Beach, fee ; restrooms, Old Silver Beach, fee: restroom)
