Our flat is very well situated, 200m from the city center, with direct acces at the beach. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. Our flat has a balcony with table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs. The Bakery is direct in front of the residence. It is walking distance of all shops. It is situated between the Marina and the Casino. It is well secured, with a concierge.Quiet surrounding. Closed parking in the basement.

Logement très agréable et bien agencé. Bien situé, à deux pas de la mer, dans une résidence calme et propre et proche du centre ville. La place de parking sécurisée est un très bon plus. Hôte joignable et très réactive. Le seul point d’amélioration serait le canapé lit dont le matelas commence un peu à s’affaisser.

Le studio n'est pas fait pour les seniors.il faudrait une douche a la place de la baignoire Trop haute . pour dormir difficile a passer côté mur.Mais très bien placé du centre et de la plage qui est à côté.boulangerie a côté de l'immeuble et Tous les commerces ne sont pas loin

Un appartement à proximité du centre-ville, une place de parking en souterrain pour la voiture ... Tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied, en bus (pour la Dune du Pilat) ou en bateau (pour le Cap Ferret). Et Carina est toujours disponible !Semaine au top !

Bon séjour

Apt propre emplacement parfait juste en face de la plage, nous avons passé un agréable séjour juste petit bémol beaucoup de passages le soir compliqué de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et fourmis sur la terrasse. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute. Nous vous le conseillons.
