100 METERS FROM THE BEACH AND THE CITY CENTER, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH SEA VIEW AND LARGE GARDEN IN QUIET

For one-off rental FROM SUMMER 2018:
This large and recently renovated villa is ideally located overlooking the large beach and the lively shopping center of Mielles de Saint-Cast.
It is decorated with a large garden of 2500m2 closed and nicely raised, a terrace and outdoor furniture for the meals and to relax.
Its living space of about 200m2 with a ground floor and 2 floors, including 5 rooms for 10 people (+1 baby umbrella bed), can spend a holiday with family or friends.
All rooms in the house have sea views:
- Ground floor terrace with large living room-dining room, kitchen bar open to the living room.
-On the 1st floor, corridor serving
1 very large room with balcony with 1 bed 160cm / 2 people (red room)
+ 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 140cm / 2 persons and a sink (ch .: purple)
+1 bedroom with 1 bed 140cm / 2 persons and a sink (ch.:blue)
+ 1 bathroom / bath-shower
+ 1 separate toilet
-On the 2nd floor, corridor serving
1 very large room with a bed 160cm / 2 persons and a sink (turquoise)

-Location of parking for 3 cars in the garden.



-Extra charges to be paid before your stay by bank transfer or check:
100 euros minimum package for bed linen and towels according to the number of holidaymakers (15 euros per person).
- End of stay cleaning fee: 100 euros
- tourism and tourist tax: 0,50 cts / per day and per adult.

Grande villa située dans les hauteurs de Saint Cast Très belle vue. Proximité avec le centre et la plage (5 min à pied: attention bcp de marches à descendre et monter.) Maison bien équipée. Les chambres sont grandes et ont toutes une vue sur mer.- Pas de toilettes au RDC, mobilier extérieur un peu bas de gamme (table de pique nique ou table en plastique). Jardin très en pente pas idéal pour des enfants en bas âge. La plage n'est pas juste en bas de la maison, il y a bcp de marches à descendre et une grosse route à traverser.

Je vous remercie d’avoir séjourné dans notre maison avec vos amis et tous vos jeunes enfants de 1 à 6 ans. La villa qui a un Rez de chaussée et 2 étages est bien située en surplomb de la grande plage et du centre animé ( voir description complète de l’annonce avec les photos) , ce qui permet d’être au calme dans le jardin et profitez d’une vue mer sur toute la baie. Comme vous avez pu voir st-Cast et la Bretagne ont été très fréquentés durant cet été caniculaire, j’espère que vous avez pu appréciez la tranquillité du jardin à l’ombre des pins. Belle fin d’été et bonne rentrée à tous !

Lieu exceptionnel avec une vue imprenable sur la mer! La plage, les restaurants et commerçants sont proches de la location. On peut oublier la voiture! Merci à la propriétaire pour sa communication attentive et pour nos excellentes vacances!

Très belle demeure avec une vue imprenable sur la grande plage de Saint-Cast.Très bien équipée. Belle décoration intérieure. Literie très correcte.Quelques bémol sur les portes en général, difficiles à ouvrir et fermer.Accès centre ville et plage en 5mn à pieds (mais par des escaliers assez raides pour les vieilles personnes).Parking sans problème dans la propriété.Magasins, boulangeries, supermarchés et marchés à proximité.Idéal pour des familles nombreuses.

superbe emplacement et panorama

nous avons passé un bon séjour et en garderons un bon souvenir en dépit d'une météo très moyenne qui nous aurait fait apprécier l'utilisation d'un peu de chauffage à certains moments. l'emplacement est très agréable ,il réclame toutefois une bonne forme physique pour les déplacements à pied ou en vélo en raison des déclivités . En ce qui concerne l'équipement de la maison nous émettons une réserve sur la qualité de la literie . Quelques autres équipements peuvent paraitre sous dimensionnés pour 10 personnes : la table du séjour ou celle exterieure (nous aurions été frustrés si le temps avait été beau......) , le frigidaire, les rangements disponibles dans les chambres. Par ailleurs les lits faits à notre arrivée ont été très apprécié
