Let your vacation dreams come true in this quaint "castle" by the sea. Nestled among the sandy pines on a quiet street in popular Grayton Beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage comfortably sleeps 8, with two queen bedrooms, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunks.

Enjoy the gulf breezes year round while lounging in an Adirondack chair or dining al fresco on the large screened in porch. The open floor plan greets guests as they enter, allowing each guest space for their favorite activities. After a day at the beach, leave the sand and suntan oil outside with the use of the outdoor hot/cold shower. The chef friendly kitchen with granite countertops and down draft range offers guests a comfortable and convenient area to prepare memorable meals.

Perfect location, excellent kitchen (we eat out pretty infrequently and needed a good kitchen), and very quiet street in the heart of Grayton. We love it there, and will certainly be back. Ocean Reef was very good about informing us via texts: when to check in, what to do and the checkout list was the shortest list I've ever seen for a rental. Bravo, Ocean Reef! Can't wait to come back next year.

Grayt week in Grayton

This is our second stay at Castle of Dreams. It has been great both times. We love the location and the house is nicely equipped with everything we need. I love the screened in front porch and appreciate that our Boston terriers are able to join us. We hope to return again next year.

Castle of Dreams perfect family vacation rental

The home was perfect for our family. The living and kitchen area are open so great for spreading out our group of 8. Its a short walk to the beach. There's a lot of walking/hiking nearby.

Great week in Grayton

We love Grayton and this home was the perfect Location for our family. The house had everything we needed and we were comfortable all week. Loved the screened in porch for hanging out in the shade in the morning.

Really cute little house steps from Red Bar and a short walk through the dunes to the beach

Great place, loved the front porch and only a few blocks from Grayson beach restaurants and steps from a beautiful clean beach. Only complaint is some of the beds weren’t very comfortable but overall very nice experience

Comfortable, clean, close

We had a great week at Castle of Dreams. Everything was as described... actually the house seemed a bit larger than we'd expected from the photos. We cooked in a few nights (also tried the only two restaurants in Grayton) and found the kitchen to be well equipped. I especially loved the screened porch. It's a short walk straight down Magnolia for beach access. Highly recommend.

Mother daughter trip

Property is old and that’s ok. The problem was the toilet needed plunging when we walked in. The management service should have seen that. The beds and pillows are awful. I think I tried to sleep on every one. Even the bunk beds. They could do so much with the property if they would upgrade all mattresses and every pillow in the place.

Another beautiful trip!

Second year in a row that we have stayed at your lovely home. First, mattress was markedly improved from last year -- thank you for either replacing it or repairing it. Noticed up you made some subtle updates -- cute light fixture over dining table, nice and cute patio dining set on your screened-in porch. Nice adds. Had lunch to go from the red bar a couple of times that we enjoyed on that porch. Noticed the screen was replaced which repaired some minor tears that were there last year -- assuring a bug free porch. So peaceful to sit out there and nap, read, smell the coastal air and just get away from it all. We love staying at your home and took care of it as if it were our own. Thank you again for allowing our well-behaved, four-legged child. Made it a perfect vacation.

Fabulous grayton beach

Stayed at castle of dreams for a week. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Absolutely great home. Cozy, clean, pet-friendly and close to everything. We loved it here. Screened in porch is beautiful and nicely furnished. Close walk or drive to the beach. Rivard, the mgmt. co. does a great job on upkeep and maintenance. Nice linens and towels. The only reason we didn't rate it excellent is that the queen sized bed in the master is quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we've ever gotten on a vrbo stay. We ended up both sleeping in a secondary bedroom on a small full sized bed so we didn't get the r&r good sleep we wanted while on vacation. The master bed mattress is horrible for two persons. You both roll to the center and the entire bed just sucks you in like a sinkhole. We'd love to stay here again but would have to think hard about it if the mattress is the same. A good night's rest and not waking up sore is part of a good vacation.

Little gem

Cute cottage with spacious living/dining/kitchen area and master bedroom/closet. Other 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are down back hallway away from living areas for increased privacy. Large laundry room with old, but working washer/dryer. Large screened in front porch with fan. Only downside is the small master bath, but it is functional. 1 block from beach/public beach access. No main roads to cross to get to beach.

Castle of Dreams for 2 weks

We had a nice experience with this property. It was clean and as described online. Great location. There were some little issues like the toaster that would only work if you held down the button. The outside chairs/table were awful - we wanted to sit outside in the back yard, but it needs a good cleanup. A suggestion would be to put in a level patio or deck area with some decent furniture. The front porch was wonderful and we spent a good deal of time there. The table and chairs would have been our preferred location to sit, but the chairs do not fit under the table and food & drinks would be bounced off when we tried to move chairs. The adirondak chairs were kind of uncomfortable. Some nice cozy furniture would have been much appreciated. Overall we enjoyed calling Castle of Dreams our home for a couple weeks. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of being there!

Great little house
