Danke für diesen super Aufenthalt

Alles war super! Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet. Die Begrüssung war herzlich. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, mitten im Zentrum und doch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig!!!

Comfortabel appt doch n beetje duister, steeds licht moeten aanlaten in de keuken.Niet kunnen genieten van de tuin, veel muggen, vallende bladeren door droogte waarschijnlijk en zelfs een rat die dagelijks langswandelde op t terras.Dus deuren dicht houden voor de rat en de muggen, heel spijtig. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door mw Nicole.Garage voor de auto op 900 m van t appt, niet zo praktisch, wel ideale ligging van t appt op 200 m van de overdekte dagelijkse markt en 10 m van de canal royal

Oase der Ruhe

Nachdem wir unsere erste Ferienwoche in Paris mit Sightseeing verbrachten, war es uns wichtig, nun zu relaxen. Der perfekte Ort dafür! Man kommt vom Bummeln aus der Stadt, schließt die Tür hinter sich und hat im Garten absolute Ruhe. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung erstklassig und modern ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke Nicole für diese schöne Woche. Ich denke, wir werden uns wiedersehen.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Sie ist stylisch eingerichtet und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Lage in der Altstadt in der Nähe von allen erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants war auch spitze. Zudem gab es die Möglichkeit, unser Auto auf einem privaten Parkplatz zu parken. Zu guter letzt nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Nicole, die sich toll um uns gekümmert hat!

Vacances de Pâques

Les photos parlent d'elles-même. L'appartement possède son propre petit petit jardin-cour à l'abris du bruit et de la foule. Il est à deux pas du canal et à 5 minutes des halles de Sète. Tous les petits commerces nécessaires sont à moins de cinq minutes à pieds. La literie est excellente et l'appartement très bien équipé. Nicole et François sont très accueillants et très sympa. De plus Sète est une jolie ville, la mer proche et a de très bons restaurants.

un paradis chez des amis

Un parc ombragé par deux tilleuls centenaires et autres frondaisons, autour d'un bassin à poissons. Dans un très grand calme. A deux pas de la rue piétonne, au coeur de Sète et de toutes ses commodités: halle aux poissons, petits commerces de bouche, cinémas, librairies... Un gîte décoré par une femme de goût qui n'a rien ménagé pour ses hôtes: harmonie, confort, attentions (sans parler d'une propreté hors normes). Le tout allié à une gentillesse disponible et simple. Bref, Nicole et François sont nos hôtes de préférence depuis nos lointaines locations. Prix d'excellence dans tous les domaines!

Perfect location, wonderful property owners

The location of the apartment was perfect for getting around Sete. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. It was also very quiet and private even though the bustle of town was just out the door. Nicole and Francisco were very responsive to a couple of things that came up. They were gracious and willing to help. We would highly recommend this apartment!

La maison et le jardin sont très, très beaux, mais en automne il n'y a malheureusement pas de soleil. La situation est très centrale en étant en même temps bien calme.

Les avantages du centre ville sans les inconvénients

Appart très bien situé dans le centre ville animé de Sète. Tout est à proximité et donc il y a la possibilité de ne pas utiliser la voiture (marche ou bus). Au fond d’une impasse, avec une belle cour privative boisée, le calme y règne , à l’abri des bruits citadins. Les 2 chambres et salon sont équipés de la climatisation. La vue de la verrière est superbe, délassante et magique. Merci à Nicole et à son mari pour leur excellent accueil, leur disponibilité et bons conseils.

Coup de coeur pour ce bel appartement et son grand jardin privatif en plein coeur de Sète. Belle décoration, confortable et bien équipé. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Idéalement situé au milieu des rues piétonnes, à proximité de tous les commerces. La propriétaire est charmante et très réactive.

The flat is absolutely lovely. Comfortable, clean, modern and equipped to a high standard. There is a large courtyard which is a great place to relax. The flat is quiet even though it is in the centre of Sete. Nicole is a fantastic host and went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel at home. We would happily stay here again. Sete is a lovely seaside town and good base to explore neighbouring regions.

MUY SORPRENDENTE , BUENO Y DIFERENTE

Acabamos de pasar una semana de vacaciones en el Sur de Francia y llegamos a Sête, todo un descubrimiento! Alquilamos este apartamento y ha sido una experiencia sorprendente. Sobre todo porque no te esperas que este tipo de alojamiento pueda estar en pleno centro de la ciudad. Es difererente a cualquier otro tipo de alojamiento que uno se pueda imaginar, el jardín es maravilloso, para disfrutarlo, nunca podríamos tener ese complemento para gozarlo en exclusiva. Tiene todas las comodidades posibles, decorado con un gusto exquisito, muy confortable gozando de la tranquilidad de un jardín de novela y si a todo esto le sumamos la amabilidad y el buen hacer de los propietarios, hacen que la expericiencia se convierta en inolvidable. Es una combinación perfecta. La ubicación es la mejor, todo lo que pudimos necesitar lo teníamos a mano. Tenemos que volver. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta propiedad. Todo de sobresaliente.
