It has been tastefully decorated throughout with luxurious finishing touches. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The modern fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops and chrome appliances.

The breakfast bar has stools for informal eating or there is a formal dining table and chairs. Relax in the family room on the sofas and watch the flat screen TV or bring your own movies and watch it on the DVD player. The villa has wifi and free calls within the US. From the dining area, the double patio doors open onto the pool deck with patio furniture where you can sit and admire the fabulous oversize pool and spa while having a spot of lunch.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
