Private individual rents a beautiful apartment with WIFI for 2/4 / or 6 people and up to 6 beds, double crossing, renovated 55 m2, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed on the mountain side, a 140 cm sofa bed in the room living, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a large garage of 23 m² and about 200 m from the center and shops (5 min walk) on the 2nd floor without elevator, 'a small residence. Possibility of access from the back on the 1st floor to unload luggage.
Composed of a living room with open kitchen very well equipped: dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, plancha, NESPRESSO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, electric chopper, blender, smoothie, range of knives, adjustable flat screen TV, internet and wifi overlooking a 14 m² Veranda with a table for 6 people, open view of the sea, the port and the mountain.
2 bright bedrooms with 2 double beds 140x190cm (new bedding), a convertible in the living room (140x190cm) AU Calme mountain side. Bathroom with walk-in shower (with shower seat), washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Loan of baby equipment, travel cot, high chair, cane stroller, bathtub.

A large closed garage (23m2) private, closed and secure + a parking space in front. Clear view of the port

On request, you can cook Catalan specialties Paella, Fideo, Corsican specialties and other Tadjine couscous etc.

25 km from the Spanish border, 1.5 hours from the ski slopes (resort: Font-Romeu and les Angles), 2 km from Collioure. Station 10 minutes on foot, bus at 1 euro throughout the department.

Possible activities on site: pétanque, canyoning, scuba diving, sale of fresh fish on the port, multiple beaches and heavenly coves, Saturday market.
DEPOSIT 400 € to be paid on arrival and returned on departure if RAS.

Off season possibility of arrival during the week and making a minimum of 2 to 3 nights
Beyond two people for one night there is an additional € 13 per person depending on the period.
Sheets and towels extra either € 14 per room for short stays or € 22 per room for stays of one week or more.
Cleaning small stay one night 15 € from 2 to 4 nights 20 € and stay of a week or more 50 €

Pleasant apartment, lovely terrace

Christophe and Katya both very friendly. Katya picked us up at the station (a wonderful start!) and brought us to our apartment, a 10 minute walk from town. A bit of a surprise was that we were to pay, on the spot, 60 euros for sheets and towels. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a lovely French dinner. Missing were coffee filters, paper towels, but we left some for the next guest. Bedrooms were comfortable but the promised fans were no where to be seen. All in all, a nice experience with a few caveats.

Madam, I came to pick you up at the station nicely to bring you to the apartment. If I asked you to pay for the sheets and towels there was also housekeeping so you paid $ 60. You know this before booking that it was well written in the ad or bring you the sheets and towels or you rent them and it's also the same for the household you have made the choice to pay both so this It's not worth complaining about the paper towels you have a roll of paper towels and coffee chips for the nespresso machine, and you are not a restaurant or a hotel. Next time you will take a taxi to go to an apartment. Madame je suis venue vous chercher à la gare gentiment pour vous amener à l'appartement . Si je vous ai demande de régler les draps et serviettes il y avait aussi le ménage donc vous avez régler 60 € . Vous le savez avant de réserver que c'était bien écrit dans l'annonce ou vous amener les draps et serviette de toilette ou vous les louer et c'est aussi pareille pour le ménage vous avez fait le choix de payer les deux donc ce n'est pas la peine de vous plaindre en ce qui concerne les serviettes en papier vous avez un rouleau de sopalin et des pastilles de café pour la machine nespresso , et on est pas un restaurant ni un hotel . La prochaine fois vous prendrez un taxi pour allez dans un appartement.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment a Port Vendres , randonnées,baignade et nous avons profité des journées du patrimoine pour visiter l atelier des barques à Paulille et la rénovation de la goélette qui est dans le port, l exposition des tableaux de Charles Rennie Mackintosh. .L appartement est bien situé avec une vue sur le port ,il est fonctionnel et calme.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé , proximité des commerces, du port ainsi que des axes routiers pour visiter les alatours. Très propre et bien agencé, rien ne manque (peut-être des relax sur la terrasse !) Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement propre et fonctionnel. Katia nous a Accueilli de la meilleure des manières. L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied du port et on peut se balader aux environs de Collioure et Banyuls de façon idéale. La terrasse de l'appartement est très agréable. Nous conseillons.

cet appartement c'est un havre de paix on est a seulement 5 mn a pieds du port et des commerces le garage et vraiment un très gros plus c'est vraiment au calme les chambres sont côté montagne literie excellentes la loggia avec ses baies vitrées avec vue sur le port et la mer je le recommande a tous
