This unique home is split into 3 separate floors, where you will be renting the entire lower level. Inside you will find 2 beds, a bathroom and an open living/kitchen area that steps out onto the beach

SPACE SECTION
Walk up along the paved garden path and into the first floor of this beautiful treehouse style home filled with charm and a rich artistic history with famous books and songs once written within its walls and paintings created of its stunning, ever changing scenery.
Make your way inside the cozy, eclectic home where you are greeted with a spacious living area filled with a large leather chaise lounge and a wall mounted tv – the perfect place for a movie night once the sun goes down.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up a decadent breakfast through to a delicious dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a microwave and a coffee maker to get your morning off to the right start.
Eat together at the dining table set for two or sit outside and eat alfresco style with unbeatable views.
There are two beds a queen and a twin within the home that both offer comfortable beds topped with soft, quality linen where you can fall asleep to the sounds of waves spilling over onto the sand.
The queen bed, in nestled into a cubby in the bedroom wall with a TV at the foot of the bed. While the second bed is located in the same room it is a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses making it perfect for families wanting to stay together. Both share the central bath with a walk in shower and vanity stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
There is also a handy outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off any sand after a day spent at the beach as well as a laundry with a washing machine and dryer out in the garage just steps from the house.
Open up the back entrance and step out onto the inviting seating areas right on the waterfront. Sit by the ocean wall and watch for dolphins, sea turtles and manatees, enjoy your morning coffee while the sun comes up or simply laze on the sun lounges and watch the breathtaking sunsets each night turn the entire sky every shade of pink.
Walk along the pristine stretch of unspoilt beach or go for a swim in the clear, pure ocean where you can surf and paddle board or wait for the tide to go out and discover all the living creatures that live in the shallow pools left behind.
The house is perfect for big or small groups with the ability to book the entire three floors and even hold an event down on the beach like a wedding or anniversary.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire first level of the house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
During your stay there may be guests that stay above the house in the two floors above, however you will always feel like you are the only ones there.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located along a rare stretch of beach on one of the last untouched inlets on the east coast just south of Crescent Beach and is the home of Fort Matanzas, the Matanzas National Seashore - a beautiful National Park.
It sits directly on Atlantic Ocean, but you can also see the Matanzas River, and the Intracoastal waterway. Since the house sits on this largely untouched area, the wildlife is amazing. Depending on the time of year Sea Turtles, Dolphins, and Manatees can be seen within the 25 miles of undeveloped state owned natural habitat.
The pristine water is one of the most unpolluted water areas in the state of Florida which brings fisherman and birders from all over to the beautiful sanctuary areas making it a truly unique place to stay.

If you like to cycle you are only a few miles from some of the best mountain biking trails and miles and miles of mostly shaded paved trails to explore.
Just under 14 miles away is the charming city of St. Augustine that offers unique scenery and history that sets the city apart from any other in the country.
This old city has a quaint feel with a big appeal where guests can stroll along the brick-lined streets and delight in the city's European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, hidden courtyards, and so much more. Saint Augustine has plenty of history to explore -- more than 450 years of it!
St. Augustine is known for its excellent restaurants serving a variety of dishes reflecting the town's multicultural heritage. Add to that the city's world-class art galleries, boutiques and outlet shopping, theater and live music, and 42 miles of gorgeous beaches, and it's easy to see why it is such a popular place to make long lasting memories.
