Welcome to Beachfront 12 @ Ponce Landing. This beachfront townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which accomodates 6 people maximum there is a 1 car garage which is your primary parking spot, washer & dryer and 2 pools which 1 is heated.

Inside you will enjoy the beachy vibe decor, the 1st floor consists of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a small patio off the living room with views of the dunes.

The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, tv and a private balcony with ocean views. Full size bathroom with tub, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV and small balcony facing pool.

There is a door code for entry to unit

Monthly Bookings are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee

THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY UNIT, 2 DOGS MAXIMUM, IF THE DOG IS A BARKER THEY CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT. THERE ARE BREED RESTRICTIONS AS OF MAY 2023 NO PIT BULLDOGS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, CHOWS, AKITAS, ALASKAN MALAMUTES, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, SIBERIAN HUSKIES, ST. BERNARDS, WOLF HYBRIDS OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE. IF YOU DOG IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY THE HOA CAN REQUEST THAT THE RENTER BE EVICTED. IF PET RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE OWNER WILL BE FINED BY THE HOA-THIS FINE WILL BE PASED ON TO THE RENTER

Collect all towels & start load in washer

If bbq was used please clean it

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If your Dog is a barker he cannot be left alone in the unit Smoking outside only-Do not leave garage door open

Do not lower the thermostat under 71 degrees it will call the unit to freeze and shut down, you will be held responsible for the service call

While I was hesitant to stay at a pet friendly place you would never have guessed they allowed pets here. The place was beautiful and didn’t smell of pets at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was well stocked and cozy. Really like this unit but it needs a couple repairs/upgrades. The upstairs shower drains so slowly you are standing in water for entire shower and long time after you are done. Both washing machine and dryer are old and need updating. They don’t work well. Other than that, all good!

April the upstairs shower has a special drain in it to catch hair and sand because people arent rinsing off after going to the beach before showering if it wasn't draining it's because it needed to be cleaned out. The unit was cleaned that morning and all drains where clear. The washer and dryer are only 2 years old and the cleaning crew said they had no issues with them.

The condo was clean and directly on the beach. The host promptly answered a couple of minor questions and was overall very pleasant. Would recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

Great condo. Very clean. Has everything you will need for your stay. Host thought of everything you would want or need for a beach day too. Loved sitting on the patios each morning for breakfast. Communication with Host was great. Con but not Host fault: AT&T cell phone service was in SOS or one bar in the condo and immediate area

Beautiful place and wonderful location!

It was a pleasure to stay ... it was beautiful and quiet, jjjuuussssttt right. Plenty to do within walking distance if you wish, or just stroll down to the beach and take a nap.

Great stay!

This is probably one of the best places I have stayed in Saint Augustine. The bed was comfortable, the view is amazing, location is perfect and we had everything we needed. Host communicated perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great girls trip

Great location on the beach and a short drive to so many restaurants. There’s a putt putt course right next door with great ice cream. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook and the beach chairs/toys were an added plus. The beach in this area wasn’t as crowded which I loved! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again next year.

Great Oceanfront Stay

The property was in a great location with oceanfront views. It was clean and provided many amenities. The best part is that we were able to bring our two French Bulldogs with us on our vacation and they were able to be on the beach.
