UPDATED BEACHFRONT & DOG FRIENDLY-BREED RESTRICTIONS

Welcome to Beachfront 12 @ Ponce Landing. This beachfront townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which accomodates 6 people maximum there is a 1 car garage which is your primary parking spot, washer & dryer and 2 pools which 1 is heated.

Inside you will enjoy the beachy vibe decor, the 1st floor consists of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a small patio off the living room with views of the dunes.

The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, tv and a private balcony with ocean views. Full size bathroom with tub, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV and small balcony facing pool.

There is a door code for entry to unit

Monthly Bookings are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee

THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY UNIT, 2 DOGS MAXIMUM, IF THE DOG IS A BARKER THEY CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT. THERE ARE BREED RESTRICTIONS AS OF MAY 2023 NO PIT BULLDOGS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, CHOWS, AKITAS, ALASKAN MALAMUTES, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, SIBERIAN HUSKIES, ST. BERNARDS, WOLF HYBRIDS OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE. IF YOU DOG IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY THE HOA CAN REQUEST THAT THE RENTER BE EVICTED. IF PET RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE OWNER WILL BE FINED BY THE HOA-THIS FINE WILL BE PASED ON TO THE RENTER

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all towels & start load in washer
Please leave the garage remote on the kitchen counter.
If bbq was used please clean it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If your Dog is a barker he cannot be left alone in the unit Smoking outside only-Do not leave garage door open
Do not lower the thermostat under 71 degrees it will call the unit to freeze and shut down, you will be held responsible for the service call

Great location on the beach and a short drive to so many restaurants. There’s a putt putt course right next door with great ice cream. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook and the beach chairs/toys were an added plus. The beach in this area wasn’t as crowded which I loved! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again next year.

Great Oceanfront Stay

The property was in a great location with oceanfront views. It was clean and provided many amenities. The best part is that we were able to bring our two French Bulldogs with us on our vacation and they were able to be on the beach.

Complete Family Beach Package

Accurate description online of property. Perfect beach location for family (we have grade school and middle school ) and one happy dog. Clean, comfortable, quiet location, upstairs bedrooms, adequate kitchen, large garage for car and bikes, easy pool access, close to beach restaurants.
