The house is located mid-island with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It is in a private neighborhood with a beautiful heated community pool and tennis courts. Bikes are included for your cycling enjoyment on the many paths around the island.
The living area of the house sustained no damage during Hurricane Ian and is ready to rent!
