Here, you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals at the dining table for eight, unwind in the cozy seating area, or soak up the Florida sun on comfortable loungers – always with a view of the wide canal. A grill is available for unforgettable barbecue evenings, and the heated pool promises refreshing moments at any time of the year.



For your convenience, amenities include high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs. Explore the surroundings with our beach equipment, bicycles, or glide silently across the water with the kayaks.



Boat enthusiasts will be thrilled with the large dock and the practical boat lift. From here, you have direct access to the endless expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. Located nearby are Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, two first-class full-service marinas that invite you to linger with exquisite restaurants and charming shops.
