Spacious holiday flat on the mezzanine floor, consisting of a bright living room with satellite TV, a small entrance balcony overlooking the large green garden, a kitchenette with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, water filter, coffee maker, citrus press, extendable table and complete equipment for 6 people.
Bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and air conditioning and small bedroom with two single beds and French sofa bed for a total of 6 people.
Bathroom with window, large shower and washing machine. Each room has air conditioning.
In front of the house there is free parking in the fenced residence and a large green park with chairs and parasol for guests.
The residence is located only 500 metres from the centre, the lake and the bathing beach, in a quiet and green area.
Close to all local attractions such as Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, VivaZoo Park and the thermal baths.

Alles in allem ok. Das Geschirr könnte sauberer sein man mußte viel nachspülen und es war schade dass es im Garten keine Sitz Möglichkeiten gab. Ansonsten viel Platz und recht gemütlich.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen in der zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Da sie zentral, aber ruhig in einer Nebenstraße, gelegen ist, konnten wir vieles fussläufig erreichen. Einkauf, Stadtbummel, Restaurants...Die wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon und einen gepflegten Aussenbereich Etwas schade nur, dass man dort keine Sitzmöglichkeiten hat, um den ein oder anderen Abend dort ausklingen lassen kann. Ansonsonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin/Hausverwalterin mit kurzer Reaktionszeit. Wohnung mit gut Platz für fünf, allerdings muss man mit gelegentlichem Stau vorm Bad rechnen. Gute Lage, fünf Gehminuten ins Zentrum und an den See.

Siamo stati bene, l'appartamento spazioso (noi eravamo in 5) con ogni confort si trova in un contesto tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo comodo ai vari servizi. Poco distante dal Lago. Esperienza positiva!

Top Lage, gemütlich, Garten

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist einfach super,die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich wohl gefühlt, sie durften im See baden und in den Restaurants gab es auch keine Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Esperienza buona come descritto

Siamo 6 ragazzi che hanno soggiornato per 3 notti in questa casa molto carina a Bardolino nel periodo di Capodanno. La casa era pulita, ordinata, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Molto comodo lo spazio interno per parcheggiare le auto e molto comoda la posizione, vicina al centro, al lago, a supermercati e alla discoteca Hollywood, permette di raggiungere questi posti a piedi. Il tutto ad un prezzo buono. Inoltre, la proprietaria è stata gentile a concederci la casa qualche oretta in più l'ultimo giorno.

Ferienwohnung in Bardolino

Die Wohnung war leider leicht schmuddelig. Entschädigt hat uns die nahe Lage zum Ortskern. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut. Das Bild gibt nicht das Gebäude wieder, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Unser Hund hat sich in Bardolino wohl gefühlt.

Top Lage und die Größe der Wohnung war auch ausreichend. Ein bisschen lieblos geputzt, was ich aber bei dem Preis vernachlässigen kann. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden..

Questa casa è proprio vicina al centro, immersa nel verde. E' molto spaziosa e luminosa. Ha tutto : arai condizionata,wi-fi,parcheggio ,tv satellitare! Ci ritorneremo di sicuro, la consiglio !

Preiswert. Gute Lage. Garten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und hatten gut Platz. Die Kinder können raus auf die Wiese. Das Grundstück ist von Hecke, Zaun und elektrischem Gartentor umschlossen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück genügend vorhanden. Negativ fiel ins Gewicht, dass auch durch die Gasheizung und Kochen mit Gas der ganze Fußboden klebrig war on einer Begehung in Socken ist also eher abzuraten. Insgesamt bin ich aber sehr zufrieden und der Preis ist sehr angemessen.

ruhiges Appartement

Wir hatten das Appartement als Familie mit zwei Kindern genutzt. Bei Anreise wurde wir von der Vermieterin freudig empfangen. Sofort stellte sie uns das Appartement vor. Die Beschreibung des Appartements entspricht den Tatsachen. UND es ist sehr gut gereinigt! Es hat eine ausreichende Größe und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad. Das Appartement befindet sich in Bardolino, sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Es gibt eine PArkplatz mit einer, für unser Auto. Die Ausstattung der Küche war absolut ausreichend. Es gab zusätzlich eine Kaffeemaschine und genug Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Backofen und Mickorewelle. Auf jeden Fall konnten wir ordentliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Und natürlich auch kochen! Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem guten Schlafklappsofa, einer Sitzecke, kleinen Möbeln und TV (mit deutsch Sender) ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit genügend Stauraum versehen und hat ein ausreichend breites Doppelbett, sowie zwei Einzelbett. Dort befanden sich auch Bügelbrett mit -eisen und ein Staubsauger. Das Bad ist absolut ausreichend groß mit Waschbecken, Dusche, Toilette, Bidet und Waschmaschine versehen. Es gab einen ordentlichen Fön, 5 Waschpäckchen, Seife, WC-Papier. Fazit: Tolles und ruhiges Appartement. Sauber, gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Für Ausflüge strategisch günstig gelegen.

Recent Bardolino Vacation August 2016

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed, and it was well equipped with all kitchen appliances as required. It is very well positioned for direct access to the centre of Bardolino. It is about a 100 yard walk on a slight decent to the main road. At the opening to the main road and to the left is a decent restaurant and a good mini golf for a but of fun and distraction. 10 minutes to the left - just past the Hotel Beatrix - gets you to the Spar store with all you would need (including freshly cooked chickens - very nice). There are a couple of good bars with live music as you walk down the first road into the Centre straight on. At the junction just on from there, there is a stationery store with daily English newspapers (2.5 euro). Moving further down brings you to the Loboa restaurant and bar - worth a visit. Turning right past the Assobar and under the archway leads into the centre of the town. The restaurant on the right hand corner as you look towards the lake on the main street (widest and pictured on the site) has the best breakfasts with fresh croissants every day (we watched them being made just around the corner - excellent). At the front you will see the Yacht bar and also the Miralago, just passed the Catullo Hotel. Both are good for general food and drinks. The Miralago has an attached ice cream parlour - one of two of the best in Bardolino. If you walk up the street that corners the ice cream parlour just mentioned, the restaurant you will meet on the right is one of the best in Bardolino. Also head further towards the end of the town centre to find more excellent restaurants, shops and bars. Tips; The garden is great for sun bathing but beware the ants; The access gate is worked by a key fob, but the side gate is opened using the right hand of the three white buttons (took us 3 days to sus that one out as we though both gates were key use); The bath has been replaced by 2 showers - press the button on the shower disc to switch - very good shower head. Worth a visit to Malcesine and the cable car to the top of mount Baldo but beware the sun and put plenty of sun cream on - its cool but you will get burned - views are fantastic. You can get the 164 bus - to and from - the airport to the main bus station in Bardolino for 4.8 euros - its takes about 1 hr and 10 but saves a fortune on taxi fares.Have a good holiday - we did as our second visit and we may return. Jederzeit wieder

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Herzlicher Empfang. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt :) Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist zwar nicht der beste (Parkplatz und die Wand vom Nachbargebäude), aber der ist auch nicht so wichtig. Im Zentrum ist man zu Fuß in max. 10 Min. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Liebe Rosella... vielen Dank

Ferien zu kurz

Eigentlich haben wir diese Unterkunft nur gewählt, weil wir so kurzfristig nichts anderes bekommen haben. Die Fotos sahen nicht sehr vielversprechend aus... Was uns erwartet hat, war eine große Überraschung. Schon die gepflegte Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der riesige Kleiderschrank bietet Platz für die Koffer von 5 Personen. Naja, und in den Schubladen kann man auch schon mal etwas vergessen...(Danke, Rosella, das Paket ist angekommen!!!) Das einzige, was uns etwas gefehlt hat, ist eine Kaffeemaschine - das hatten wir irgendwie überlesen - und ein Staubsauger. Aber das sind ja nur Kleinigkeiten. Wunderschön ist die Nähe zu Bardolino. Man braucht kein Auto, um in die Stadt zu kommen. Leider war unser Urlaub viel zu kurz, hier muss man mindestens zwei Wochen bleiben! Vielen Dank, Rosella!
