Nicely decorated 4th floor condo, 2BD/2BA with stunning sunset and lake views. Treat yourself to this beautifully decorated open floor plan (Bellini) with all new furnishings; wall/ceiling, paint, lighting, fan upgrades plus original artwork by the owner and family. This delightful condo overlooks the 1st tee and putting green and the closest condo building to the center of amenities. These include a beach entry resort pool with waterfalls and lap lanes, brand new club house, fitness center overlooking pool area, open restaurant and full bar with large screen TV's, spa, hot tub, exercise room, locker rooms, and 8 lighted clay tennis courts. Additionally, there is a smaller neighborhood pool with outside gas grills across the street. As part of your Social Membership you can participate in yoga, water aerobics, strength/toning, spin and group walking classes. Don't forget that it is a gated community with 24 hour security, covered parking and an elevator.

INTERIOR
Upon entering you are introduced to a beautiful experience of light, art, landscape and color!
Master includes king with 2 night stands, large dresser, LCD TV, walk in closet and adjoining master bath.
Guest includes queen with 2 night stands, dresser, TV, closet, and is located next to guest bathroom.
Laundry includes full GE washer/dryer.
Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops. table that opens for 6, bar stools, upgraded backsplash, and additional hanging lights over the middle counter top.
Den is equipped with a desk for computer/office work and two comfy chairs plus an ottoman to relax and take in the views.
LR includes a queen sleeper, recliner, and large chair/ottoman plus large LCD TV.
Lanai is screened a with large ceiling fan, love seat, 2 chairs and coffee table.

EXTERIOR
Renters can enjoy riding two top notch road bikes with locks.

LOCATION
Bonita National Golf and Country Club is the perfect location in SW Florida for just about everything! It's just 20 minutes from SW Florida International Airport (RSW), 5 min from I-75, and 25-30 min from downtown Naples and all its shopping/restaurants. Waterside, Mercado and Coconut malls are even closer. Then there is Bonita Beach, Barefoot, Wiggins Pass, and Lovers Key within 20 min. If you are a nature lover and want to enjoy wilderness, Corkscrew Swamp and Sanctuary surrounds Bonita National and is the ideal nature conservancy with boardwalks and educational programs. Don't forget there are plenty of opportunities to kayak/canoe the Imperial River to the beach. This resort community has everything to make your visit as active or relaxing as you want.

MEMBERSHIP
This unit includes the social membership only (fitness, pools, restaurants/bar, tennis, spa, exercise classes) Not golf. There is an association requirement of 150.00 transfer fee for all renters.
Although the golf course is open to the public and playing during the off season (Easter through December) is usually doable, tee times during season (January-Easter) is not a priority to social members.

Everything about this property- the condo, the club, the rental agents were the best! They were super responsive and helpful every step of the way. We loved every second of our stay and we’re very sad to leave.

Beautiful condo in lovely neighborhood

This unit is nicely furnished and decorated, with a good supply of kitchen wares. Screened in balcony provides a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. The golf course community is very well-maintained, wonderful to walk in, and has several good restaurants and a very nice pool. Really enjoyed it here and would not hesitate to book it again.

Winter Escape from the NE freeze

We found the condo very nicely furnished and equipped. It was conveniently located to the pool, tennis & clubhouse. Bonita National has a island resort setting. Beautifully landscaped and maintained. Loved the pool ! Recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have fun.

This property is wonderful! The condo is well maintained, bright and cheery! The owner has some amazing artwork and it showed throughout the place. Our special spot was the gorgeous screened in balcony where we would look for the resident alligator and turtle each morning! Everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend this place.

We were very lucky to spend almost 4 months in this beautiful and cozy condo. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife, especially the alligators :) The sunsets are spectacular! Gorgeous view!

It’s better then what I thought.

From the moment I walked into the condo, I was so glad I rented. The view was awesome overlooking a very large pond that had tons of animals. It was fun to watch the alligators, birds, fish and turtles. The owners artwork was really impressive. I enjoyed looking at it while having a glass of wine. Both beds were very comfortable and clean. This particular condo does not have golf privileges but all the other amenities are available. The “strength and tone” class is exceptional! I met many friendly people.

Great location and neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in Bonita National. The condo was clean with updated decor. We enjoyed the lake views and convenience to the clubhouse and pool. The community is very active and has a strong tennis program.

Exceeded our expectations

We did not know what to expect but were very pleasantly surprised by the condo we rented for two months. It was well-maintained, well supplied, and a perfect location with a beautiful view. The community is lovely and the amenities are great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone
