Great community and location

This property has excellent proximity to the local pool and very close to the clubhouse. Everything you need is included and the views are picture worthy. Bonita National is a great place to rent.

Valarie I wish you had told this to me as soon as you came to Bonita National. I would have taken action immediately. I have a carpet cleaning service scheduled. From your experience, I have learned now to contact the renter after they are there for a few days via email to check if everything is okay

Very comfortable!

My wife and I had a 3 month stay while waiting for our new home completion. This was a perfect solution for us - Jim and Amelia were excellent hosts and very responsive to any requests. Home was cozy and comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for future rental. JW

We had a beautiful month at James’ condo in Bonita National. James was totally responsive to all of our questions. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Great location to enjoy swimming and tennis too.

Pleasant Experience

We needed a place to stay while building a home. Bonita National was phenomenal. Facilities like the gym, pool, golf course, and restaurant made it seem like a vacation. Great winter getaway

Wonderful Florida Retreat!

This is a wonderful retreat in a beautiful golf community in Bonita Springs. It was perfect for our 6-week stay. Our adult daughter stayed as well and there was plenty of room. The condo is nicely furnished and incredibly clean. It is conveniently located, too. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect Florida get away

This property was perfect for my husband and I for our January stay in Florida! The condo was clean, nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities anyone would need. The golf course was very well maintained and fun to play. We saw Alligators along the banks of some fairways, Eagles flying overhead and many other birds. The staff at the pro shop were friendly and the pool bar was a fun place to hang out in the evening. This was the perfect Florida vacation!

My wife and I purchased this condo in November 2016 at first site due to its location. Its away from the concrete jungle we call home in Chicago. Nature at its best.

Why they chose this property

Its perfect. First floor location. Beautiful sunset views to the west . Located next to first hole. Easy to walk to tennis courts , golf course, and swimming pool, and club house. Also , stays cooler in in warmer months.
