About this property
Colonna Country Home, into 18th century masseria surrounded by olive groves
Colonna Country Home is a country house located in the outskirts of San Martino in Pensilis, in Molise, a small yet culturally rich region in Southern Italy.
If you're looking for a more authentic Italian atmosphere, Molise is the right choice!
Close to the beach (Termoli, Tremiti Islands), the mountains (Gargano, Matese) and pre-Roman archaeological sites (Sepino-Altilia, Pietrabbondante),
Molise is a destination for curious eco-conscious, art-appreciating slow tourists.
Casa Colonna is located on the ground floor of the country house, with an indipendent entrance, one king-sized bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, an equipped bathroom, a large kitchen and a spacious living room with a chimney, perfect to sip a cup of coffee while enjoying a good book.
The apartment is quiet, peaceful, with a dedicated desk and of course high-speed Wi-Fi.

Beautiful Country Stay
The property located on a working olive farm is a wonderful place to relax, walk and explore the process of growing and turning olives into olive oil. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartment comfortable and clean. We had dinner prepared for us one evening of our stay and it was delicious! Highly recommended!!!!

Extraordinary hospitality
Our short visit (2nights) was fantastic. The apartment was very lovely and comfortable. Modern appliances yet cozy and quaint space. Mediterranean feel, characteristic of an old villa. Marina was most gracious offering goods from her gardens, an olive tasting, and a tour of the olive production process.

Relaxing country farm
We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We were looking for some relaxing time away and this place was perfect. Marina shared fresh veggies and eggs from her garden and chickens and told us where in town to shop. We cooked in and ate out on the patio. Spent one morning taking a tour of the farm with Marina which was beautiful and another day touring around the Gargano peninsula. Would highly recommend!!!

The apartment was beautifully appointed, exactly as advertised, and very spacious, with an impressive and fully supplied kitchen. The fridge was stocked with vegetables from the garden and more were given to us during our stay. There was also samples of all the oils produced on the Maseria for us to try and we had the opportunity to purchase some, as well as a tour of the farm. There was air conditioning in both bedrooms, so sleeping was comfortable and the rooms generally were large and airy. Termoli for beaches and boat trips, was about 25 minutes away.A car is essential for getting around - a fact that was brought home to us when ours was disabled and then towed away, leaving us stranded in a small village with no taxi. Without hesitation, Martina drove over to pick us up and return us to the house and then Marina drove us to Termoli so we could catch a train to the airport. Outstanding help for which we will be forever grateful! We have no hesitation in recommending Colonna country house for an authentic, peaceful stay.
