Your Homebase To Adventures In The Moab Area

Private home with a very spacious front parking area three miles from the heart of downtown Moab. Three bedroom, two bath house with open living spaces, fully stocked kitchen for the nights the restaurants are crowded. BBQ on the sandstone patio and watch the kids and dogs play on the grass. Plenty of parking in front of the home for all your toys and trailers. This location is close to the Golf Course, 4x4 trails, Colorado River, Slick Rock bike trail, La Sal Mountains and National and State Parks.
Master Suite has King size bed, 32 inch TV, spacious floor area. A very spacious master bath; jetted tub, fireplace, 19 inch TV, glass shower with bench and a double sink. Queen air mattress and bedding in closet.
Q-room has a queen bed, smart 32 inch TV, spacious floor area, and a fatsack in the closet.
T-room has 2 twin beds, and a portable playpen in the closet.
All rooms comes equipped with fresh linens, hangers, personal towel and starter hygiene products.
Main bathroom has a shower tub combo with handheld shower wand.
We have property security cameras located outside the front door and outside the back door.
Bring your friends and your big rigs! We can accommodate both!

Wonderful place to stay in Moab

Really liked the location just outside town in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to shops and restaurants. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were friendly and communicative.

Amazing Moab place

Great spot to stay

Very nice place stay. It was just a few minutes from downtown moab. Large parking area for trailers. House was clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the trip to moab and staying here helped make the trip enjoyable.

Excellant multiple truck and trailer parking. Easy acesses and close to town. House was clean and well decorated and large for a Three bedroom.

Awesome home

Súper clean home with a huge kitchen that could accommodate a large family with many chefs . We loved the house and celebrated thanksgiving there and it was perfect . Convenient location to everything . Would stay again if ever I return .

Great Moab Stay

We had a great stay. The place was super convenient to town and the amount of parking was HUGE. I was able to park a 45 foot RV plus a 32 foot trailer. This is a great setup for anyone coming out to ride SXS's or Jeeps. The house was clean, comfortable and zero complaints from us.

Convenient and quiet

Nice clean house on the quieter southern side of Moab. Lots of parking. Everything worked well. If we make a return trip to Moab we'd plan to stay here again.

Great home with all the room we needed as a family. Clean, well stocked, lots of parking!! Owners respond to our questions quickly!! Beautiful area to visit! Our families first time in Moab, and we will be back!

Moab Jeep Safari 2025

The house was just as advertised, The house was decorated beautifully, all the rooms nice size, and very clean. It had very good water pressure, and with 6 adults, we never ran out of hot water. We came down for the jeep Safari, and had 3 trucks, and trailers, with 3 jeeps, and there was plenty of room for parking. We had 6 Adults, and 3 dogs with us. We would stay again.

Awesome house, great location, dog friendly

Wonderful place to stay. Excellent location! The kitchen was massive and the dining room table for great for playing games at night. Bbqed in the back while the dogs played in the yard. Loved the giant shower and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place. We had a terrific Labor Day weekend! Thanks so much 👍

Great Home Base

Great home base for our group. Plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. House was clean and very well stocked for cooking. Nice relaxing home after long days on the trails. Owners communicated everything needed for access and house details. We will book this home again.

My children really enjoyed the jetted tub. There was plenty of dishwasher pods, full laundry soap pump jug, dishes, utensils, cleaning sprays/wipes, and baking supplies. The house was very clean. Nicely done!

Very nice stay. Large house provided good space. Listing says “Hot tub”, but there is no hot tub. There is a jacuzzi in master bath. Also the “Fat Sack” listed was not there. We got by fine with comfortable couches and good air bed. Very good parking space for trailers pulling OHVs. We had 3 vehicles, 2 trailers and 8 people. Very good accommodations for us. Will use this place again

Quiet and comfortable

We were two couples and stayed 3 nights. The place was spotless with comfortable furniture, same for the beds (nice linens too.) Beautiful houseplants everywhere! A little Keurig coffee maker would’ve been nice so we could enjoy our individual tastes. Location was on the edge of town in a semi-industrial area, but it was quiet. Check in could be improved by helping us find the right place to turn in, the front yard decoration would be great at the street to help spot the property. Not a pretty neighborhood, but once inside it’s excellent.

Met all of our needs

This house was perfect for our week long stay in Moab! We had two couples staying and the house was plenty big to feel like you had room to spread out. Our big truck and all the side-by-sides fit in their parking space easily. The parking behind the house adds some extra peace of mind when your toys are right in front by the road, but be sure to ask about using it in advance. Kitchen was large and usable. Minor note that the oven was a bit dirty on the inside and the toaster didn't work, but those are easy fixes. The master bedroom suite is huge for such a small house and that bathtub with the fireplace was perfect.

Very clean, quiet property with ample parking for your toys

This house was very clean, everything you need for a relaxing stay. In an industrial area which at first seemed to be a drawback, but it was very quiet and there was more than enough room to park your trailers of outdoor toys.

From Arches to Zion

We enjoyed our stay very much. A lovely, well appointed home in a quiet area. While the home is not in a neighorhood per se there was little traffic, no noise, and was close to town.

I recently retired from the Grand County Sheriff's Office, after 23 years serving the amazing community of Moab. My youngest daughter, son in law, husband and myself just bought a ranch in Northern Nevada and decided to rent our home in Moab so travelers could have a place to bring their animals as well as their recreational toys.

Why they chose this property

We have had this property in our family for many years. It wasn't until 2008 that we built this home and were able to join our livestock "in the valley". We have loved living in Moab, and will visit often. We hope your family creates amazing memories in this valley just as ours has.
