Welcome to your home away from home at my Bardstown’s Sweet Retreat!

This spacious 1300 square ft. home sits on 3/4 acre and is only minutes from downtown Bardstown. This home can accommodate a family or several couples. You have your own private driveway, which can fit multiple vehicles, so parking is not an issue. With its comfortable front porch rocking chairs, swing on the back deck, or table seating, there are ample opportunities for gathering, relaxing and enjoying company.

The large back yard includes a deck, cozy fire pit and grill, guaranteeing a good time. This home has lots of charm and is a win-win when it comes to safety, warmth, and comfort. You are sure to enjoy this sweet retreat.

You are a 2 minute drive from historic St. Thomas Church, established in 1812. Also, you are a 5 minute drive from downtown Bardstown, where you can enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, and live music on weekends. Downtown has free parking, so you are able take your time to enjoy “The Most Beautiful Small Town in America". Your home away from home is centrally located to all surrounding distilleries. Come and enjoy all that Bardstown has to offer.

Great home in a great location

My friends and I do a trip to Kentucky each year to explore spots along the Bourbon trail. This home is very close to preservation distillery and many of the staples in Bardstown. We found the home to be everything we needed for our trip and would gladly stay again.

Comfortable and clean smaller home with easy access to local area. All beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen/cooking supplies, ample parking, and a lovely back deck for the cool mornings. There was even a nice greeting committee of the neighbor's cats.

House was very nice and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood and in good proximity to downtown Bardstown. Great communication with property owner. Only suggestion would be to have some non-slip adhesives in the tub or grip bar. The tub was slippery. Great experience and would definitely go back.
