Tuscan house in an ancient village near San Gimignano - Il Fienile

Welcome to our Tuscan oasis.

The apartment is a heaven of tranquility that is part of an ancient village recently recovered and surrounded by the greenery of the rich Tuscan countryside. The view of the historic city of Volterra and the landscape is breathtaking.
A few kilometers away are the cities of San Gimignano, Montaione, Gambassi Terme and Certaldo.

In the recent renovation the typical elements of the Tuscan style have been maintained with vaulted ceilings and chestnut beams, brick arches and terracotta floors.

The house is an independent construction and has a large exclusive garden with a wooden pergola and a large table for outdoor dining while enjoying the wonderful panorama.

The interior is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, hob and oven.

On the ground floor there is a large dining area with a large brick fireplace. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed and two single bunk beds. Each floor has a comfortable bathroom with shower.

Just a few steps away is the enchanting natural stone swimming pool with a beach-type entrance, equipped with a pleasant hydro-massage and a very suggestive waterfall jet of water; to frame a relaxing solarium area equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.

There is also a practical free parking.

In the immediate vicinity there are shops and supermarkets for shopping, farms that produce their own products and characteristic restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine.

The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany: by car you can easily reach San Gimignano (about 15 minutes), Volterra (about 20 minutes), Florence (about 45 minutes), Siena (about 45 minutes), Pisa (about 45 minutes) , the Chianti region (about 45 minutes), the sea and the spas.

Florence, Siena and Pisa can also be reached by taking the train from the nearby Certaldo station, avoiding traffic and finding parking.
