Ocean views galore! Make your vacation comfortable in over 1800 square feet of updated living space. You'll have three generous sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two Master suites. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably in beds. (Also, portable crib and booster chair). This building is primarily residential and 10:00 pm quiet time is expected to be adhered to. If this is not your expectation please I do not book this property. But if you do, you'll have ocean views from both master bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Relax on the extra Large balcony taking in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the pool or spend your time on our peaceful no-drive beach (pool is not heated). Front balcony for afternoon sun and BBQ grill. Fully outfitted with full service kitchen amenities, games, puzzles, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. Linens included for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Building has small workout room, sauna, and pool. WiFi and cable TV is included with Smart TVs in every room. Located 90 minutes from Orlando and Disney properties - 20 minutes from Daytona Speedway. 45 Minutes from Orlando Zoo. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion! Great view!

This place has it all! Spectacular view of the ocean, plenty of space to relax and has every amenity you could ask for. We stayed for 6 days and loved the place. It's so quiet and peaceful. Owners were very responsive. I will defintely book this place again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We spent a week at this condo for our 8th wedding anniversary with our two children, and it exceeded our expectations! The condo is decorated beautifully and incredibly clean. The owners have everything you need for the beach, cooking, for the kids, and way way more! You’re close to Flagler Beach and Daytona, and close to so many great restaurants. The best part was it was a one minute walk to the beach, which was very clean. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and to check in and out, and we would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous Huge Condo with a Fantastic View

Everything about our stay was perfect. The large beautifully decorated condo fit all our needs (6 adults and 2 children). The ocean front view was breathtaking. The condo was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had and was kind enough to give us an early check in. We can’t wait to return!

Great location right on the beach

This was a great place for a family vacation. The beach was really nice with great surf fishing. Not crowded at all either. The condo is updated and clean with nice amenities. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with everything.

House hunting trip

Wonderful beach condo for a family stay!

Roomy, comfortable and sparkling clean condo with gorgeous ocean views- so nice you'll want to extend your stay! Our family had the best time at Van Lee 306 during our kids' winter break from school. Easy breezy beach access and a terrific pool outside...and great decor and comfortable spaces inside for watching movies and hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped so we enjoyed meals in, and had fun going out in Ormond Beach. The owners were fabulous- they thought of every detail and treated us like friends and family coming to visit. Highly recommend this condo! Search no more for a fantastic beach getaway for your family and friends.

Home Away From Home!

This was our first time visiting the Ormond Beach. We were in town for the Daytona 500 and found it to be a great location for getting to and from the race. The condo is as beautiful in person as you see online. So well stocked! You have all the comforts of home. The decor is beautiful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the condo that makes it special. The balcony is very spacious and we viewed many beautiful sunrises. The pool was under construction so we were unable to use the pool area, but the refurbishment of the pool was looking great. We had plenty of chaises and chairs to use in the grass area. Communication with the owner is excellent. This is an excellent rental and if back in the area would definitely rent again. Thank you Michael and Dawn.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo experience! Hands down the most amazing vacation we have had & Dawn’s condo plays a huge roll in that! From the toy box, for kids-which is so thoughtful! To the easy access chargers for all your cord needs, the endless views of the ocean and beach from every direction, great location on 3rd floor! So well kept, cleaned and beautiful! We will be going back next year & the next! Dawn’s help and responses for question was immediate and always met our expectations. The pool was marvelous with endless beach and wave views. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone!

Perfect Everything

This was by far one of my best vacationing experiences. The owners are awesome and they really did think of everything. They have this unit equipped with things you didn’t even know you needed. I mean from beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole board to kitchen supplies, great family games, and instructions on how to operate the tv remotes. The place was clean and neat so we tried to leave it exactly how it was when we arrived. Congratulations owners, you hit it out of the park. It couldn’t have been any more awesome. Thank you so much! Michael and Dawn chose this home after two years of vacationing in the same building. They love the three bedrooms and the ocean views from the main living areas and the master bedroom! And they love the quiet town of Ormond Beach and all the shops and restaurants within a short distance.
