Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash a load of towels using "quick wash" cycle and place in dryer set for 60 minutes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trailer parking is prohibited without prior authorization
Travel insurance is highly encouraged especially during hurricane season
Smoking is not allowed in the condo, balcony or pool. No smoking within 15 feet of building.

We had a great time at this destination. We came to Florida for a Christmas trip, staying here was our time to recoup between our 3 days at universal and before our 3 days at Disney. We had a good 3 days while here, 1 down day at the condo, 1 great sunny December day on the beach, then 1 good relaxing rainy day. Lots of good food close, coffee shops and shopping.Thank you Shelly for all the help and for offering a beautiful, clean, cozy, beach front stay. We would come back at some point for sure.

Nice condo in with the perfect ocean view. Loved the amenities. Gym, pool, sauna, washer and dryer. Host even had beach chairs, umbrella and things to do down to the beach. Great for a smaller family to enjoy.

Wow!!! What an amazing place; elegant, beautiful, and very well appointed! We had such a lovely time enjoying the ocean views, the pool and the beach. Shelly was a terrific host with excellent and timely communication. We can’t wait until our next visit!

Shelly was informative answered my questions quickly and was very helpful. 5 stars. But the rental left some misgivings. The second bathroom had the towel rack broken when we arrived. Also they could have used better toilet paper and paper towels in kitchen. There were no tissue papers available, had to use paper towels for my runny nose. Will I use Verbo again Yes maybe northern Ga in the fall.
