Each of the 3 Bedrooms has it's own private bathroom AND a patio/balcony - perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to wind down in the evening. Master Bedroom also includes a coffee bar!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, beds were super comfy, extras such as beach wagon and games came in very handy. Home was super clean. Quiet neighborhood and very quick walk to the beach. Love the area, as the beach is not overly crowded (no high rises) We would definitely stay here again!

I knew before we ever arrived, we had a great host! She replied to the couple of questions we had before arrival very quickly! Upon arrival check in was very clear to us and made arriving super easy! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook which was so nice! (Pans, spices, cups, plates, coffee pots!) There was stuff to take to the beach which the kids loved! I really appreciated having fans to sleep with at night in every room for sound as well! This place was just a quick hop to the beach, and I would highly recommend this home to everyone!! From beach supplies to multiple coffee options, it made our week fantastic. Owner was amazing to work with!

We really loved the location of this rental! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved that it was a short walk to the beach and pool. With children, this was great. Melanie was quick to communicate and we greatly appreciated her flexibility with our check-in! The biggest downfall was the cleanliness of the home. It could definitely use a deep clean- the doors, baseboards, floor corners, bathroom drawers, etc. were very visibly dirty and in need of some TLC. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were not accurate of our experience (furniture downgrades such as the couch). This place has really great potential but it definitely fell short of what we would expect from a listing listed as "immaculate." All in all, we had a wonderful trip and loved the quiet location.

We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take your feedback seriously. We are addressing this with our cleaning team and have scheduled a more detailed deep clean to ensure these items are not overlooked moving forward. We also appreciate your note regarding the furnishings and listing photos. The sofa itself has not been changed, but we did recently add a blue slipcover to make it more durable and family-friendly. That said, we understand how this may have felt different from the photos and will be updating our listing to better reflect the current look of the home. This was the perfect place for our family of 8 ! It was exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated! It was very clean and very well stocked for being able to stay in and cook as an option! Beach chairs and boards for the ocean being provided was also very nice! Communication was also very easy with the owner, and she was always very prompt in responding! A short walk across the street to the beach made this gated community the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be returning again to “Paradise Found”!

Spring Break Trip

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Found. The place was very nice, clean and perfect for 2 families. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and all the beach toys and games provided. The beach and pool is a very short walk across the street. The pool was freezing, but probably expected in March. It’s located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood on a quiet stretch of 30A. We had a wonderful stay!
