Our Paradise for a week

Stayed in this home with my family as we all traveled in for our annual vacation. Had the best time and would absolutely recommend the home to anyone! It’s on a private, quiet street within walking distance to the beach. The pool was amazing and definitely our go-to spot for our gatherings. Thank you for a great stay!!

Best Beach Vacation

We went for our annual beach trip with our friends, it was so much fun! So many good things I can list: each bedroom had a big comfy bed, the private pool, kitchen had everything needed to make meals, location was perfect, the beach wasn’t too crowded, they added a 6 seater golf cart which helped with getting to the beach. Overall great experience, we would come here again!

Great beach house a few blocks from beach

All of the amenities in the kitchen had to be my favorite! I love to cook, but nicely decorated and updated properly. Only feedback I would suggest are directions on using the pool and hot tub, perhaps some images to go with the directions, but mgt company very responsive.

Great house, location, accurate listing

We had a great time on a quick family vacation. House was very clean, inviting, and enough space for our family of 5, with 3 kids above age of 18. Golf cart was a huge success and made the short trip to beach even more enjoyable. Pool, and outdoor space was nice to enjoy when not at beach. Communication with owner/property mgmt very smooth, efficient and timely. Overall, highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at House divided! the beach cart was alot of help getting us to and from the beach. and our favorite part of vacation was using the pool or hot tub. the week was very rainy so the pool was used daily and provided lots of lasting memories for our toddler learning to float and start swimming.

Fantastic Find!

The location of "A House Divided" was perfect!. It is so close to the beach, and the six-person golf cart included in our stay made it an easy transition from the house to the Beach. The pool and spa was perfectly heated. Staying in February can be iffy with weather conditions, but we enjoyed the pool each and every day.The house was immaculate--very well maintained and cleaned. It has all the modern conveniences and everything you need to execute delicious meals. The host is very friendly and the property management team is extremely responsive. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!

So much fun!

We had such a lovely vacation at this property. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for the week. The pool was perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds. It has a 5 foot-ish area that’s around one foot deep so would be great for a family with toddlers. The golf cart was such a bonus on those hot days where we needed to get everyone and everything down to the beach. And the owners were easy to communicate with. We had the best vacation thank you so much!

Loved the house!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was so close to the beach and the golf cart just made getting to there with everything in tow a breeze. The house had everything we needed and the pool and spa were perfect for us. We usually stay in Destin when traveling to the gulf, but we really loved the location of the house. We ate at Autentika Mexican Grille a couple of times and it was so good! Also ate at Dewey's Destin Seafood restaurant. Never want to miss that place. Thanks and hope to visit again soon!

Awesome vacation home!

Stayed end of February 2022. Place was clean and had everything we needed and more. All process for check was seamless and great about answering questions. Great location to PCB pier area. Easy walk to a very nice beach. Golf cart was a plus to have. Enjoyed sitting outside on porch and driveway. They are in the process of putting in pool and hot tub. Then this place will truly have everything.

We love Florida and this year wanted to try more of the northern Florida area. We wanted a house to accommodate age rages 4 to 70, with a pool, a short walk to the beach, and yummy options for food near by. This home provided ALL of that! Beautiful exterior and interior, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was beautiful and allowed us to cook family meals! Also was great to have beach equipment and toys available on site so we didn’t have to buy a bunch and try to dispose or pack!

Beautiful Home!

The house was was beautiful and met the needs of 4 adults and 4 kids. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but if you want more excitement, PCB is just 15-20 minutes down the road. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. The pool is on the smaller side but still had room to float and cool off from the sun; an outdoor tv and overhead fan were a bit hit and a nice surprise. The beach is a quick walk around the corner or an even quicker ride on the golf cart. Overall, we had a great week and would absolutely return to this house!

House devided stay

We had a great vacation and location was perfect! The bedroom arrangements with queen and king beds fit our families needs perfectly! There are 2 recommendations. 1. That the pool and hot tub be on separate heating switches. The pool was really to warm to fully enjoy during the day. 2. The bedroom doors make a squeaking noise when you close them, made it a little hard on people who wanted to sleep in……probably just need some wd40

Wonderful Family Vacation at House Divided

House Divided provided our family (6 adults) with a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood to enjoy relaxation and beach time. The beds were comfortable, with a TV in each bedroom for some alone time if desired. The Livingroom and Kitchen/dining area were great areas to congregate and enjoy each other's company. The very clean kitchen had everything we needed with new appliances and plenty of room. The beach is only a short block walk away, or use the golf cart and take everyone. There were no steps down to the beach, just a flat walk which made carrying chairs and umbrellas easy. We visited the beach each day. Then when beach time was over, we headed back to the house for pool time. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a short drive away by car or golf cart. This area is far enough away from the condos to allow for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood very close to the beach.

We loved the house and the pool and the spa and the neighborhood and the neighbors and the golf cart and the beach equipment and the location. Maybe the best location that we have ever rented a house at. I was a little confused about some directions (entry, spa remote, etc.) but it was probably my fault. I should have read the instructions better. If you rent the house, you will love it. But, you may want to bring basic necessities like salt & pepper, coffee, extra trash bags, etc. Other houses that we have rented would keep whatever spices, condiments, etc that one renter would leave for the next renter. It helped when flying to the location with limited space in our luggage. The hosts were awesome when it came to answering questions. I definitely hope the house is available when we are able to go back to Panama City Beach.

Space for Everyone

We enjoyed the 4 bedroom house with space for each of our adult children to relax from their busy college schedules. Quiet neighborhood with seating on the front and back porches. Beach chairs and wagon were a nice feature.

Very nice house with nice amenties; not on the beach but still close

My family enjoyed our stay at this beach rental, it had plenty of room for all to spread out or to come together. The house had nice finishes and amenities. The golf cart was an added bonus, making getting equipment or people to the beach much easier. The only thing that would have put it off the charts, would have been a hot tub in the backyard.
