This luxurious flat, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, can comfortably accommodate 8 people, thanks to its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 123 m² of floor space.

The living room is warm and modern, with parquet flooring, a corner sofa and a suspended fireplace. It opens onto the kitchen, with its central island and dining area for added conviviality.

The flat has a large corner balcony with views over the valley and plenty of natural light thanks to its many windows.

Quietly located in the Béchigne district, "Les 4 éléments" residence, completed in 2016, is just a 15-minute walk from the village centre with its shops, restaurants and activities.

The free shuttle bus stop, just 100 metres from the entrance to the residence, provides easy access to the resort's various ski lifts.

This peaceful, quiet place, day and night, has the charm of Savoyard chalets and all the comforts of modern buildings.

Fijn appartement

Appartement is exact zoals op de foto's, fijn appartement, licht en schoon. Prima uitgerust, alles is aanwezig. Twee slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer, twee kamers delen een ruime badkamer. Voor 8 personen geschikt. De ligging is wat verder van het dorp, met de bus is het 3 haltes tot het centrum. Helaas werkten de skischoen drogers niet, dat is ook niet opgelost, dat is het enige minpunt.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeker goed! Echter heb je wel een auto nodig! die hadden wij dus niet. 10 minuten van het centrum , is echt niet waar. Zeker niet met 2 oma's. Zeer stel en gladde bochten om naar de bus te lopen die overigens wel elke 15 minuten gaat, tot 1800 uur. Ook jammer is, dat er bij aankomst niks is.. nog geen rol toiletpapier of kruiden. We zijn gewend (dat blijft jaren goed), dat er kruiden, olie of azijn is, of toiletpapier, koffie of wijn. Meestal is het :vul aan wat je opmaakt. Dit betreft ook de schoonmaak. Ondanks dat je betaald voor de schoonmaak, moet je de keuken schoonmaken, anders krijg je een boete . Geen punt, maar dan moeten er wel schoonmaakmiddelen zijn, niet verwachten dat we, schoonmaakmiddelen etc gaan kopen. Verder een prima vakantie gehad! Bedankt hiervoor.

Hi Monique, We are very happy to know that you had a lovely time in the apartment! We provide 1 toilet paper roll in each toilet to start. Regarding the salt, pepper and other spices: we used to provide them but we realised that the guests did not use them so they have been removed – it is a shame that you didn’t ask us when you were here as we could have helped. The same thing applies regarding the cleaning products. The dishes are not included in the end of stay clean, otherwise it would take us too much time to get the apartment ready (we are talking from our experience ). Also, we feel that it is just showing respect to our cleaners. Our clients who are staying in the 4 elements find it easy to reach the center (with the bus or on foot) but we can imagine that it is not ideal for older people who have difficulties walking or who walk slowly. Maybe this apartment was not the best option for you which is a shame – we manage other properties in the village: feel free to ask us next time so we can find the perfect apartment for you and your family!
