Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

This is a great place to rent. The view was excellent and we loved every room having its own bathroom. It was very clean and easy to get around with its accessible location. Host was quick to reply and clear instructions for checking in and out.

Thanksgiving stay

This condo had wonderful mountain views and all amenities as advertised. Very clean, cozy and functional. Check in and check out were without incident although keyless entry would be ideal for this type of location. Definitely renting again!

Beautiful view!

Absolutely loved the location of this property. It is close to several places and the view is beautiful. The unit is a little dated but very clean. Only real complaint is the noise coming from overhead unit. But that’s nothing the owner could control. Would return in the future.

Great place for 2 families

This was a great place for us with plenty of space. The rooms were spacious and very private from one another. We love Echota on the Ridge because of the indoor pool and hot tub although the one time we went to get in the hot tub it was out of service. Our only complaint was the ants. We kept the place super clean but as soon as we left a dish on the counter, ants would come out. We kept wiping everything clean but they kept appearing. Other than that the cooking pans weren’t great for cooking. I would suggest bringing your own.

We apologize for the hot tub issues, a part was damaged the night prior so the POA had to close it until the repair could be completed. The condo is on quarterly pest control, so we are very sorry you had issues with ants, we will have this taken care of immediately, as well as checking into having the cookware replaced. Beautiful views things to know furniture is a little wore out beds are very uncomfortable, very loud neighbors above like there is no insulation between floors first two days no problem then someone moved in upstairs could hear every step we left a day early due to the noise from the upstairs neighbors kept us up entire night also indoor pool located in different neighborhood great views and very clean but it’s the little things that made our stay a 3 star

Pristine Property + Million Dollar View!

My husband and I took our kids snow tubing at Hawksnest and this property was not only affordable, but it far exceeded our expectations. We had zero issues. Everything was top notch! We loved hiking around the property and visiting the shops in Blowing Rock. Our kids loved the heated pool and we loved the hot tub too!

Great getaway

So much to do in the area and we loved the clubhouse, exercise areas, and pool. The ice maker started leaking and the emergency maintenance team was on top of it. Nice quiet getaway with great amenities!

Paradise in the mountains

Beautiful condo. The rooms were so comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Just loved this location. Thankful for the easy access to the property. The only problem was the last morning we did not have hot water. Besides the hot water, we had a wonderful trip. Sooooooo relaxing! Will definitely go back.
