Quietly located on the heights of the Maures hills of La Londe, the estate overlooks the town with an exceptional panoramic view of the Islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles. View of the Hyères-les-Palmiers islands and the seaside from the estate. It has international golf.
For rent in a private domain a luxury apartment in a new contemporary villa with breathtaking views.
This accommodation has very high quality materials, it is air conditioned, it can accommodate 4 people, it is not very suitable for young children ... (terraced land, no railing for aesthetic reasons )
It consists of a large living room with fully equipped American kitchen giving access to two private terraces (south and west)
The bedroom has a 160 bed with a wardrobe, a bathroom with Italian shower, separate wc. In the living room, the sofa allows two people to sleep there.
Access to the villa's swimming pool is given to tenants, outdoor shower and deckchairs available.
Rental available: strict and rigorous criteria for the selection of tenants, inventory and inventory, compulsory resort insurance.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem offenem Wohnbereich. Vom Wohnzimmer aus und vom Balkon hat mein einen wundschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Eine zweite Terrasse mit Überdachung und Webergrill eignet sich hervorragend zum draußen essen. Auch das Bad und das Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnbereich eine Klimaanlage. Besonders schön gestaltet ist der Außenbereich mit dem Pool, auch von dort genießt man die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Ein idealer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Wir kommen wieder. Auch ein Danke an M. Lemaitre, der sich vorbildlich um alles kümmert.
