In a private estate with warden, on a hillside (accessed by steps), 150 m from the sea. A very bright house in harmony with nature with a terrace and garden. The living room, kitchen and one bedroom open onto the terrace with a sea view. Footpaths lead to the beach and a coastal path. These footpaths allow you to explore the whole Gaou Bénet estate.
