Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Gulf unit with all of the bells and whistles. King bed in the master bedroom, queen and twin bed in second bedroom. Tub shower combination in hall bathroom and a walk in tiled shower in the master bathroom. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops. The kitchen also features granite counter tops as well as a pantry, recessed lighting over the kitchen bar, and stainless appliances. The living area is highlighted by plantation shutters to perfectly frame your breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Diagonally laid marble tile thoughout the living space enhances that light spacey beach feel. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and also in the living room. 24 inch flat screen tv and dvd player in the guest bedroom, 27 inch flat screen and dvd in the master bedroom and a 42 inch flat screen tv with dvd player in the living room. You can access the balcony through glass doors from the living room and master bedroom The balcony has the taller balcony furniture so you have the best seats for enjoying your view the gorgeous new beach at Jetty East and the dolphins as they swim by! Attention to detail makes 119B the perfect place for you to relax, unwind, and enjoy your beach vacation.

Beach Access first rate Property as described Tried to maximize time in Destin, did not take in all Jetty East had to offer. Honest feedback: Disposal may need work, very loud Guest bathroom sink drain plug hard to operate

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The faucet in the bathroom leaked water around the handles and wet the top so much making it unusable. Bathroom fan was broken. Living room fan was broken. WiFi was horrible. Only one device could be on it at the time. Room stayed hot in 70 degree weather and yes we turned the thermostat down. Bad experience!!’
