Our 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo (High Point Unit 590) features everything you would expect from a luxury rental. This peaceful escape is set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains at one of the premier properties in the area, the 700 acre Tamarron and Glacier Club. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

The location of this residence, which is an end unit, is exceptional due to its unobstructed views and proximity to the variety of recreational amenities of the area as to offer (skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.). It's conveniently located close enough to downtown Durango for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities.

This residence features flat-screen TVs in the main living space and both King bedrooms as well as a gas fireplace and luxury furnishings.

The condo is located within Tamarron Resort (AKA - The Glacier Club) which is just 9 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 15 miles from downtown Durango. Tamarron Resort features a newly renovated outdoor pool, hot tub, as well as an indoor workout facility and sauna.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is also a winter Ski Shuttle offered at set times for our guests to and from Purgatory.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
