Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great location within a short walk to the Breckenridge Quiksilver lift. Unit was as expected with the exception of some of the furniture being different than the pics, and there was a regular coffee-maker instead of a Keurig as pictured (we bought Keurig pods based on the pics!). Communication regarding check-in and any maintenance issues was very quick and helpful. We did have an issue with one of the showers but they responded quickly and gave us a partial credit to offset the inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this unit as convenient and a good value for the amount we paid.

Heat was either on or off full blast. Needed to turn breaker off to regulate it. Master bathroom was haunted. Lighting randomly turned on and off. Second day the water in the master bath tub didn't come out anymore. Overall cleanliness was good but systems need an update.
Wonderful stay! Just a magical location! The deck by the creek was beautiful! Well appointed, clean and homey!

The Condo was in a great location! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were a bit to firm for us but clean and welcoming nonetheless. The furniture in the living room could stand a good cleaning. The whole condo could use new carpet! It wasn't anything that kept us from having a good time. Super location, close walk to town and a hop to the hot tubs. Overall, we had a really nice weekend.

This place is amazing! The river is right outside and the balcony makes you feel like you’re in the trees. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Living room is comfortable.

Close to town can definitely book 2 shops and restaurants love the soothing view of pine trees from the window and the soft sound of the creek very relaxing had a ton of fun for my birthday

Had a great time and loved the property. My only critique is that the bed in the master bedroom is hard as a rock. Otherwise we were all really comfortable and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

The condo was perfect for our family (5 people) for our ski vacation. Cute, cozy with fireplace and beautiful view of trees outside the large windows and patio. Plenty of space and the loft was hit with the teenagers. In-home washer and dryer great and easy walk to Quicksilver chair. We will be back.

Loved this condo! It was a five minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. The bedrooms were really big and the three bathrooms were great! My family loved it and we would definitely stay again. Five stars!
