The reunion house

We lived in this house for 15 years with our 6 children. <br>House of 200m2, simple and practical, located in a cul-de-sac on a plot of 1300m2, in a residential area.<br>6 spacious bedrooms.<br>Terrace facing south Pleasant garden with trees In the heart of the castles of the Loire 10 minutes from the centre of Tours, the shopping centre and the SNCF train station of Saint Pierre des Corps 5 minutes from exit 22 of the A10 motorway 5 minutes walk from the town centre, all shops<br><br>Due to allergies, pets are not allowed.<br><br>To be provided as a mandatory supplement:<br>Cleaning for 1 night 100€<br>Cleaning for 2 nights: 130€ <br>Cleaning for 3 nights and more: 160€<br><br>On the ground floor: <br>Starter<br>Living room (insert fireplace, wood provided, sofa bed)<br>Dining room <br>Closed kitchen<br>Shower room<br>Separate toilet<br>Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)<br><br> Upstairs: <br>Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with a shower + sink <br>Bedroom 3: three single beds (2 beds 90x 190 and one bed 90x200) with sink <br>Bedroom 4: three single beds (90x190)<br>Bedroom 5: three single beds (two 90x200 beds and one 90x200 bed) <br>Bedroom 6: a double bed (160x200) with washbasin<br>Bathroom (bathtub + sink) <br>WC <br>Games and books for children and adults.<br><br>In the basement: <br>Laundry room with washing machine and dryer<br>Ping pong room, rollerblades and scooters available.<br><br>In the garden:<br>Tables and garden furniture, swing, basketball hoop, barbecue, deckchairs.<br><br>Available for the little ones: 2 travel cots (bring your own bed linen), 2 high chairs, 1 baby bath, 1 chamber pot. <br><br>Non-smoking house<br><br>Each bed is equipped with a duvet and a square pillow. <br><br>Option of beds made on arrival: 10€ per person (otherwise sheets are not provided)<br>Towel option: €4 per person <br><br>The departure is scheduled before 10am. <br>Later check-out possible provided you have requested before arrival.<br>From October 15 to April 15, for a departure after 12 noon, an additional 70€ will be required. <br>From 15 April to 15 October: supplement of 50€ for an afternoon departure.<br><br>Around a public holiday and during school holidays: minimum 3 nights
