This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and it truly felt like ‘home’ the moment I walked in the door. From beautiful, cozy, comfortable furniture to beach-y decor, the mood was set for a wonderful stay. The view is superior, too!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying here and as always, it was a great time. This condo has the best location to the beach, walk to restaurants, coffee, etc. Hopefully we will be back again next year!

Our stay at Southern Sands was exactly what we expected. Sheryl was very responsive. The view was beautiful. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants and The Hangout. We will definitely book this one again.

If there’s a more beautiful place to enjoy the Super Moon and an endless gorgeous view of the Gulf, I challenge you to find it! Very comfortable, great beachy vibe. We LOVED it!

Great location and views

We really loved our stay here- it is right on the beach and we could park really close to the stairs. It does have an elevator also. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we hardly ever needed to drive anywhere. Hope to be back soon
