This Gulf-Front Condominium is Gorgeous and ready to use for your enjoyment! Every amenity that you need to make this one bedroom plus one bunkroom, two bath Condominium, your home-away-from-home including towels and linens... Just come and bring your Best Beach Towels!

This New Condominium is located on the sixth floor with parking on the third floor with a Spectacular View of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a spacious 200 square foot balcony and the view from the Master Bedroom is one of the best in the area. The Light House is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the Center of Gulf Shores Beaches and is near entertainment, restaurants, and shopping including grocery stores two minutes from Walmart Super Center). Amenities include an indoor pool, two outdoor pools (one lap pool and one zero entry for the little ones), exercise room, and a boardwalk to the beach covered with white sand.

This Condominium has tile floors throughout the unit. The Guest Bunkroom is a Kids and Adults delight with the bottom Bunk being full size with Flat Screen TV and a private Guest Bathroom with shower next to the Bunkroom.The Gulf-Front Master Bedroom is gorgeous and has glass front sliding glass doors for a premier Gulf View of the Beach and the Pool, and a private Master Bathroom with his and hers sinks, large tub and a separate shower, and walk-in closet.

The Kitchen is equipped with all Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator/Freezer, Toaster, Blender, Coffeemaker, Mixer and a Bar with seating for four, plenty of cabinets, and ample storage space and a pantry for food supplies. All Silverware and Dishware are furnished. Near the Kitchen there is a full Laundry full-size Washer and Dryer with iron and ironing board.

The Living Area has a Queen-size Sofa Sleeper, TV with cable, and DVD/, and the Condominium has WI-FI Wireless High-Speed Internet Broadband from any room. A Large sliding Glass Door opens to the Balcony for Beautiful Views of The Gulf of Mexico and the Beach. The Balcony has a full Patio set including Table with Chairs. Our unit is centrally located in the center of the building, just steps away from on of the four (4) elevators to take you from covered parking space.

Our family absolutely loved the convenient location of this condo. We enjoyed having the state park close by and plenty of restaurant options as well. The view from the balcony was stunning, and having the easy beach access was a must-have with small children. Ramon was a great host and was always happy to answer questions. Highly recommend

Hi our names are Ramon,and Pam Gomez, we are the Owners of two Lighthouse Units in Gulf Shores, We love the beach in Gulf Shores because is so beautifull..the sugar white sand and all the other activities that surround the area, We love to dine in the Gulf Shores, We take our family every chance we get...We have two daughters and the area is so family oriented, a very safe place to spend a wonderfull vacation safely!

I love the Beach and the white sugar sand, and all the sport activities that surround the area, the family atmosphere, the dinning, and shopping is fantastic. The Lighthouse is close to all the fun things happening in Gulf Shores and Florida.

What makes this property unique

The Lighthouse is located close to everything you would want to do if you are in the beach vacationing, no long drives anywhere..you can walk to dine at the Sea and Surf restaurant, you can walk to the State park go fishing on the pier..the other buildings are not so close together and the pools and beach are fantastic! you are also close to shopping and groceries. The Gulf Shores beach is a family oriented area not a party town.
