Relax on the comfortable leather furnishings in the cozy warmth of the pellet stove. fireplace. You’ll love the spacious, airy feel of the room, provided by a soaring ceiling and natural light streaming in through oversized windows. You’ll find an ideal setup for conversing, with two sofas and an arm chair. Watch movies on the 55" Roku TV with your own log-ins. The room affords mountain views with easy access to the deck through sliding doors.

Dine at the extendable dining room table with seating for 10. The dining rooms reveals mountain vistas through the glass sliding door. You can eat here or al fresco. The double set of sliding doors lead to a wrap-around deck with seating at two picnic tables and a sizable outdoor sectional, ideal for mountain air appreciation. Cook on the two grills—gas (host supplied) and Kamado (bring your own coal)— that stand ready for outdoor cooking.

While you are outside, you will find more entertainment in the yard. Unwind on a sunny afternoon with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, taking in the expansive vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see or take shelter from the sun in the shaded sitting area under the deck. Afterwards take a stroll through the woods or walk on the private road. And as the day transitions to night, gather around the fire pit complete with string lights, Adirondack chairs and tables for beverages. Make s'mores and tell stories, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come. Basketball enthusiasts can practice their free throws with the backyard hoop.

On the ground level you will find another family room with comfortable seating inviting you to gather in front of the 55" Roku TV watching movies (some DVDs provided) or playing PlayStation games.

After a full day of enjoying all the Catskills have to offer, or just hanging out at your home base taking advantage of all the fun things to do, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of four bedrooms and loft bedroom.

The first bedroom, with a king size memory foam mattress is conveniently on the main level. You’ll find plenty of storage space in the dresser and bedside tables with lamps as well as a luggage rack. You’ll love the delightful views of the forest, along with natural light and curtains to block the light at night. Heat/AC is provided by a mini split system.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the master ensuite bath with a large sink vanity, tub/combo shower, and all bathroom essentials (hair dryer, towels, makeup towels, toiletries, and more). You’ll love the convenience of washer/dryer and supplies as well.

The second bedroom, on the second level, features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress. A mini-split keeps you warm or cool. a dresser. This bedroom offers two dressers, a versatile chaise that can function as a toddler bed. Roman blinds combined with curtains ensure that your sleep will be uninterrupted by light. A pack and play is also available with advance notice and upon request.

The second full bathroom, on the second level, in between the loft and the second bedroom includes a shower stall, pedestal sink, and skylight.

The third bedroom with a large king bed memory foam mattress as well as a stylish wooden crib is on the ground floor. You will find storage in the two nightstands with lamps, the dresser, can read a book in the armchair while enjoying views of the fire pit and mountain. A ceiling fan ensures you do not get too hot in the summer and curtains guarantee a good night's sleep.

The fourth bedroom is also on the ground floor. Recharge on the queen size memory foam under the ceiling fan. You will have calming forest views from the window that is adorned by curtains to keep the light out. Two nights stands with lamps, a dresser and closet give you additional storage space.

Calm your senses in the third full bathroom with an over sized walk-in shower with a rain shower head and modern vanity.

The fifth bedroom is on the second floor. The loft our fifth bedroom has the best-in-house views. It hosts a queen-sized bed, and a dresser. The loft is open to below. You have a dresser and two nightstands with lamps for all your belongings.
