THE PROPERTY:

Nestled on 3.25 acres of nature's beauty our Catskills retreat, convenient to both Windham and Hunter mountains, is your ticket to adventure. Ski in winter, hike in summer. Lakes, streams, and biking trails nearby. Cozy up by the fireplace, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and sleep soundly in our comfortable bedrooms. Whether you're sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or stargazing by the fire pit at night, the magic of this place will stay with you. Your perfect getaway awaits!

THE HOUSE:

Get ready to be captivated by the stunning open great room offering spectacular views. You'll find comfort and warmth in our cozy den, complete with a gas fireplace and Apple TV. This spacious home boasts five bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, three with queen-sized beds, and a charming attic with four twin size beds, plus Apple TV, and a DVD player with lots of classic films.

With three full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and new bedding and fluffy new towels, your comfort and convenience is our priority. Relax in our well-furnished lounging and dining areas, perfect for gatherings.

Amenities abound, with a hot tub to soothe tired muscles after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or walking, a pool table for friendly competition, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and evenings under the stars, and a patio featuring a propane grill for culinary adventures. Don't forget the large deck, ideal for taking in the surrounding beauty.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have the privilege of enjoying full access to the entire house, with it's inviting spaces and amenities. From the open great room with breathtaking views to the plethora of books and games in the den, all four bedrooms, and the attic, every corner of the house is yours to enjoy.

Please note that there are a few supply closets and cupboards that are kept locked for maintenance purposes. Additionally, one of the two garages will remain locked during your stay. These minor restrictions ensure the safety and functionality of the property while still allowing you to fully appreciate the comfort and entertainment it offers.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please be aware that our property has a maximum occupancy limit of 12 people.

We kindly ask that you adhere to these limits when making your reservation, as they are in place to maintain the quality of your experience and the property itself. A request that exceeds the maximum number of adults will be subject to additional fees.

This policy helps us accommodate the high demand during these special occasions, and ensure that you have ample time to fully enjoy your getaway in our Catskills retreat.
