Panoramic Gulf views, gulf front heated community pool (March - November), and coastal chic interiors are only a few outstanding amenities that make our new Gulf Front condo an incredible vacation spot. Located in the gated Monterey Community on the Gulf Side of 30A, this condo is close to Alys Beach, The Hub, shopping, and dining.

Beach chair rentals available March - October. Avoid rows and rows of chair rentals on this private community beach. You are always FRONT ROW!

**Nightly and Weekly Rates available with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation. You will be contacted within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request or provided alternative. **

My aunt, my mom's best friend, and I brought my mom here to celebrate her 70th Birthday. We had a wonderful time! The Condo was perfect! Well appointed, great layout, and THE VIEW! Amazing.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and CLEAN! It had plenty of room and the view from the patio was breathtaking. We ate breakfast and lunch out there nearly everyday. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will most definitely be back!

Family vacation

The condo was the perfect size and location was great for relaxing. We loved waking up to the ocean views every morning. The property was nice and quiet. The only complaint we had was the cleaning that was done prior to our arrival. There were obvious signs of neglect on the cleaning crew. After we cleaned a few things ourselves the rest of the trip was enjoyable.

The Perfect Beach Trip

Our family gathered from to celebrate birthdays and our daughter’s residency completion. The gulf views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing, the sugar sand beach was beautiful and spacious, and the gulf waters were crystal clear. The open kitchen, dining and living area was the perfect space to gather after spending long days on the beach. The kitchen was well organized and equipped., the condo beautifully decorated and its location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach was convenient to shopping and dining options. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation

Favorite place we’ve stayed yet

My wife and two kids (12, 8), and two grandparents stayed here together and it was amazing. The condo units only having two on each level made it super calm and relaxed. The view and the room were perfect. It’s just far enough from Rosemary, Watersound and others that it was perfectly quiet. The beach being private was even super calm. Not a ton of beach chairs set up like other places that have been 3-deep in umbrellas! Highly recommend Jake @ Jake’s Beach Service too. Great guy!

Fun on the beach

The property was beautiful, neat and clean. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee and drinks. We’d rented a golf cart which was fun but this property isn’t close to anything, so it took a while to get there. We had to use luft to take us places. Also, some beach area towns don’t let golf carts part, so get a car.

Great property and value.

Pros: Perfect location a short bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The condo is quite roomy and has everything needed for a great stay. Amazing views up and down the beach; sunrise and sunset. Great value compared to other properties nearby. Cons: Very comfortable but somewhat dated. Could use some sprucing up and fresh paint. The porch doors really need to be replaced as well as a few windows and broken blinds.Also recommend a refresh of the cooking utensils. Having said all that we had a great time and will return.
