I retired early and am doing exactly what I always planned on doing--living in Palm Springs part-time, and traveling around the world. I enjoy traveling to even warmer climates in the winter, allowing people like you seeking warmth and relaxation to enjoy resort style living.

Why they chose this property

I only seriously looked at one property to buy in Palm Springs, and this is it. I spent the first 2 years making it even more beautiful and comfortable. Nothing can change the view, there's nothing like it and not all properties have it.

What makes this property unique

I put in the time, money, and effort needed to make this unit worthy of the Palm Springs resort lifestyle. A lot of it is brand new. My goal was to make it modern but comfortable, and with a few extra flairs. The kitchen is a bit larger than any other one-bedroom in the complex. The complex also has it all--you are steps from a pool/hot tub, there's a work out facility, lighted tennis courts, and unlike most units you are steps from the main street for fast access to downtown. The complex is beautifully maintained with mature landscaping.
