This lush gated community has 2 large pools with large sundeck and many lounge chairs, 1 children's pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, BBQ's and coin operated laundry facility. Located 1 1/2 blocks north on Sunrise within walking distance are two grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shop, nail salon and more. The condo has one gated parking spot with remote control.
