We had a great time staying at the Kona Isle. It was a great home base located conveniently near to downtown Kona. It was great to listen to the waves on the shore from the bedroom.
The condo was super clean, had everything we needed! Pool was warm and we often had it to ourselves. Loved reading by the ocean and the sound of the waves. Great to have air conditioning when we needed it but the trade winds often cooled us enough. Highly recommend šš¬šŗ

The unit was perfect and amazing location. We appreciated all the linens available for our family of 4. The pull out couch and bed were very comfortable. The beach accessories was appreciated.
Our by far favourite thing about the unit was the location. A ground unit was nice to have and being right on the ocean was amazing with unforgettable views!

We stayed at Kona Isle B5. It was a small ground floor unit with a small patio. Worked well for the 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable, large bed, small well-equipped kitchen. A short walk to the pool and BBQs. Enjoyed BBQing and eating out there, watching the sunset. Close to the KTA grocery market, the 2 weekly farmer's markets. No complaints!

Everything was as stated in the description of the property, there were no surprises.
The condominium was very well decorated and clean. The rooms were well appointed with every thing needed for us to make meals and enjoy the stay. Check in was easy and consisted of filling out a card by the managers office. An assigned parking space made it easy to park. The pool and ocean view were very nice.
My only suggestion is to put a plunger in the bathroom. I needed to unclog the commode once during the stay. Fortunately, I found the property manager in the morning and he found me a plunger in the pool bathroom and that fixed the problem.

Nice complex
The condo was fine except for no dishwasher. The furniture was comfortable, bed comfy, kitchen utensils adequate for people like us who cook most meals. Beach items included beach umbrella and full height beach chairs (appreciated). Quiet complex, great pool, nice sand area with lounges, tables, gas grills. No beach, just rock coast.
We were unpleasantly surprised by a major water pipe re-lining which meant we ended up with 5 days no water 9 AM-5 PM, including no toilet. Not handyā¦

We have stayed at Kona Isle before and love the location. We loved that this unit is on the ground floor, but it had some problems. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, but unfortunately it was TINY (the washer/dryer in the kitchen took up a lot of space). Very little counter space and only 1 person could fit at a time. The old electric stove was either too hot or not hot enough. The air conditioner was LOUD--you had to speak loudly to be heard over it. The king bed made the bedroom feel too small. Overall, clean, well-stocked, but VERY SMALL. The 2 of us felt cramped--I would never attempt to have more than 2 in this place.

This property is one of the best I have stayed at. Itās quiet, relaxing, scenic, the pool is everything and everyone I met there was nice. It was the perfect size and location for us. I will recommend to everyone I know who decides to travel to the Big Island.
Love this condo and the property as a whole. This is my 4th stay in B5 and the 7th time at Kona Isle, well maintained, quiet property on the beach. Great place if you want to be close to Kona Town but out of the hubbub. Condo is clean and comfortable and well equipped.
The condo was comfortable, clean & had all the things a family needs to enjoy a trip to Kona! Hanging out at the pool, checking out the little rocky beach with lots of shells, walking into town for dinner and visiting other beaches around Kona were some of the fun things we did! Thanks Valley Isle!
We loved being able to hear the ocean and get to the heart of town without being on the chaos.

Great place to relax
Great base for sight seeing, or just relaxing. Quiet well kept grounds and respectful residents and visitors. Morning coffee on the beach as dolphins swim by. This is my 5th stay here, it's great.

Amazing Condominium
The condominium is beautiful close to shopping restaurants amazing ocean view they have everything you can need in a Condominium rental. The place was super safe quite and safe for kids or family is more like a nice quite place to be No for party or anything like that since you need to respectfully to others.
