New, this charming duplex does not miss assets: attached, this duplex has a terrace on stilts secluded, private, south-exposed (perfect for breakfast!).

A separate entrance offers access to a modular living room with sofa (2 seats), dining table and an open fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, small appliances ...). The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Wifi available, many arrangements.
