Lake Living on the Water - House with Private Dock in Lakeport on Clearlake

Park your boat at the private dock right off the house deck. House is on the lake channel with a built-in BBQ island/bar! Plenty of parking for your truck/boat in the driveway and boat ramp is half a mile from house. Great for family vacations, fishing, romantic getaways or just to relax and recharge. Screened in patio area for times mosquito's or gnats are out! House has just about everything you will need to have a stress-free relaxing stay. This Lakeport neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

Enjoy direct access to fishing, swimming, and wildlife right outside the back sliding doors. Enjoy wine tasting at nearby wineries, golfing, bike ride, fishing off the deck or in the many tournaments, among other things to do in beautiful Lake County.

Outdoor security cameras in front , on sides, and behind house. House accommodates up to MAX of 7 guests. No pets at or in house for the health of our children whom suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. Full deposit will be kept if pets are present during your stay to cover extensive cleaning. There are other nice houses in the area that do allow pets.

For boaters: Boat launch is only 1/2 mile away and free to use. Tie your boat up on the dock at the house for easy access during your stay. Clear Lake is still No. 1 when it comes to bass fishing and holds many tournaments throughout the year. A quick boat ride to Konocti Casino and Marina for the tournaments that are hosted there. House located on channel right off the lake so when the lake is rough your boat will not get the effected by the rough waters.

Back Deck has a screened in patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. Great for the months where mosquitos are out. A large custom BBQ island with a gas BBQ, side burner, sink (rinsing only, no food down drain), mini fridge and bar stools for the BBQ island. A table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy eating, playing games or just relaxing at. Along with a nice cozy area with an extra-large umbrella to kick back on comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, chill and read a book, enjoy looking at the nature around you and a fire pit table to light in the evenings. Plenty of room in the house for everyone when you are done enjoying the outside.

Smart TVs in all rooms with cable channels, central air conditioning and heat through out house, free WIFI, use of washer/dryer (laundry pods provided), linens, towels, iron board, iron, steamer to name a few amenities.

If you have children, there are 2 parks in walking distance. Large deck area with room for them to play, swimming right off the dock or at a beach front area by the parks, and some board games to enjoy some family or friend time. High chair for kids and a baby bath tub for infants. Deck has railings to keep children away from the water. However, always keep an eye on them.

Firepit by the sofa set if available for use during your stay. Life Jackets, and Fishing Poles are available for use during your stay. It can be common at times for the channel and lake to get some green algae during the later summer months.

Please keep in mind we do not have control over the weather or lake conditions throughout the different seasons. Lake condition, water level, clarity, and vegetation vary widely throughout the year.

If your vehicle (or anyone in your group) has an oil leak (or other fluids) please Do Not park in the driveway. Park in the rock area. Any damage done to pavers in driveway will be the responsibility of the person on the reservation to pay for replacement. Pavers that need to be replaced can be costly.

The lake house is a 2.5-hour drive from San Francisco and a little over 2 hours from Sacramento.

Wow what a great place to stay! My son especially enjoyed fishing off the dock while I loved cooking in the kitchen that was fully stocked with every pot and pan and cooking accessories you could ever need! The beds were very comfy and the shower was extremely relaxing! Will be back again one day soon!

My friends and I stayed here for a three night fishing trip. The house was very nicely upgraded and well furnished. We especially enjoyed the outside BBQ area and deck. The host was very quick to reply and answer all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect weekend on the lake!

This house was in the perfect location for a week of fishing. The property was clean, beautiful and very well equipped with everything we could ever need. The canal and dock were protected from the wind, and the electrical outlet and outdoor space was perfect. We will definitely be booking this property again! Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second summer renting this property. It’s by far the cleanest rental house I’ve stayed at. We love it there. It’s in a quiet location and close to the county park launch ramp for boats. Everything is easy to use and convenient. The hosts are very responsive and easy to contact with any questions. Another great summer vacation!

3rd stay at this property. Couldn’t be cleaner or more organized inside and out. Lake is full so boat was docked off the back dock. Power right on the dock for recharging batteries. We have stayed in about 7 different rentals over the last 12 years and this is the best for location, cleanness, convenience….. only thing that could improve it is if it were on the main lake front.

We stayed in March and the house was very nice. It had all nice amenities that made the house a perfect place to stay at Clear Lake. My biggest issue was to find a place to keep my bass boat out of the wind, possible bad weather, and in a safe place, and the location so accessible to get in and out on the water. County Park was only 1/2 mile away and made it easy to launch. I would definitely return to this house.

Wonderful Lake House

We spent a week fishing at the lake and had the best time. The house is very clean, well stocked, and has a great lake house decor. Hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood near the launch ramp. The driveway easily fit our boat trailer and truck which is definitely a plus. Relaxing week at the lake. We will be back again.

Very nice home with huge deck, screened in porch, outdoor BBQ, all overlooking the boat channel. Very quiet neighborhood. Lake water was a bit low this year to be able to pull boat in and use the nice house dock but ramp was only a short distance away. Ample parking for car and boat trailer. Property owner was very accessible for questions. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Definitely will ask to stay again next time we head for Clear Lake!

Lovely property

Great communication with the owners. Checkin was a breeze. Nice bottle of wine waiting for us and the house was spotlessly clean. Thank you Eva and Neil for letting us stay in your lake house. We loved watching the pelicans every morning come down the channel and coffee on the back patio was so relaxing. The kids loved the paddle boat and even tried a little fishing from the dock. The house has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. Hope to come again!

We’ve stayed at many different places around the lake through the past 7 or 8 years and this one was by far the cleanest and most maintained house we’ve been at. The location was great for access to the water. There was plenty of parking for 2 trucks and 2 boat trailers. The framed in outdoor patio was great for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the check in and check out process were simple. I highly recommend this place as an option for anyone who plans a trip to Clearlake. We will definitely be checking the availability of this house for our next trip.

Great place for quiet getaway

Had an amazing stay here. Spent lots of time outside. Patio furniture comfortable and loved the fire table. Inside was also great! All kitchen appliances and utensils and necessities provided for any kind of cooking you want to do. Master bed was very comfortable. Screened in porch was perfect when the bugs came out late at night. Everything clean and tidy. Short walk to a big park and Clear Lake. Will definitely return.

Great Lake House-Toddler Friendly

We had a great stay at this property. We stayed with our almost 2 year old and appreciated that each room was filled enough to add character, but not so much that we felt our toddler might knock something over! The outside enclosed patio was fantastic to be able to sit outside and know he couldn’t run off. If he was a bit older, the full deck would have been great. Our only downside, which is our own fault for not looking, is there wasn’t a bathroom with a bathtub. The whole house was clean, inviting, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The park down the street was a great surprise!

Great place on the water

We checked into a clean, well maintained house with a slip on the water off the back deck. We enjoyed the large updated back deck with enclosed patio in the evening when the mosquitoes came out. The patio furniture and BBQ where an added perk as most of our time was either on Clear Lake fishing or having family meals on the back deck. The environment was very quite and the slip out back provided protection from the rough water when the north wind came up. We definitely enjoyed our time here and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We will be returning in the future for sure.

Bass Fishing Trip

This Lake House was the perfect spot for our trip to Clear Lake for fishing. We have been to several other properties on different lakes and this was by far the best we have stayed in. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed and then some. The screened in porch is very private, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake and visit with friends. With current water level, we were able to get our boat, a 19" Tracker combo in and out of the slough. The number of fish that was caught in the slough was incredible! We will definitely try to get this property again when we return. Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful quiet property

A group of 4 of us were looking for a relaxing quiet location to celebrate our friends retirement. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the house had plenty of amenities. Lots of kitchen items for all your needs, and the grill was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the sunporch with coffee in the morning and wine at night. Appreciated the diagrams and pictures on how to operate the door lock, shower, etc. Within a short driving distance to plenty of wineries and great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

House is tucked away so you are not going to deal with busy streets and the sound of traffic. Close enough to the downtown area where there are some shops and restaurants to go to. Perfect place to get away from your normal busy life and enjoy some good relaxation with family, friends or a nice romantic getaway.

What makes this property unique

You don't need to bring much with you for your stay. House has all the essentials of home. Full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, and even some basic spices for use. Central Heat & Air throughout the house. Cable TV in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Some board games, outdoor games and a pedal boat (non rainy seasons) to use during your stay. If you plan on swimming you will need to bring your own beach towels!
