Amazing pool house in Neptune Beach, Florida! Less than a mile from the beautiful beach, great shops and amazing restaurants. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms with an in ground pool. Large backyard with covered patio with outside dining table and chairs, pergola and fire pit. Washer and dryer, internet, garage for parking. Due to Neptune Beach’s ordinance, a minimum stay of 28 nights is required.
