What a great house for our extended family ski vacation! The updates to the house are beautiful! And the racquetball court and hot tub were a big hit with both the kids and the young at heart adults :)We definitely made a lot of memories!Marc was a fabulous and very accommodating host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The house is huge and is complete with all amenities, even equipped with all the things you need esp the kitchen. There’s a welcome gift and all the instruction and very clear. Marc is very responsive to all question and is very accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting.

Richard,
Thanks for staying with us! You have added to the Legend of #VTracquet! Come back anytime!
The property was everything needed for a guy's trip, Racquet ball court and dodge ball, huge main area to hangout, play cards, and an outdoor hot tub. The hosts were easy to get ahold of, and the property was amazing, if we come back to VT again, we'd want this property.
The house was awesome. The racquetball court was great and we were able to play dodgeball too which was great. There were plenty of spaces to sleep and everything was stocked in the kitchen so we could cook full meals. The owners were very helpful and made the stay super enjoyable. 10/10 would book this house again.
The racquetball house was a perfect accommodation for our February vacation. We hope to be back soon!

This was a great house for a group of friends to spend a wonderful weekend exploring the area. Very quiet and private - the house is huge and the rooms were very nice. It was very comfortable and the younger folks loved the raquetball court. Owners were easy to work with and had instructions for everything. Highly recommend
Had a blast! Property was able to accommodate my friends and I comfortably. Very close to the mountain and the night life. Would 100% stay again. Thank you!
The home is spacious and accommodated our party of 10 comfortably. The new hot tub was great and we even played some dodge ball in the racquetball court. The home could use some updating but overall it was a great stay. The location is great and only a few minutes away from the mountain.
Spacious house. 9 guys slept comfortably. Nice flat back yard. Right next to Killington. Great summer place near mountain biking and golf. Had a great weekend. Will stay there again.
Came up with some friends for a ski weekend and had a great time! Would highly recommend. The driveway and road in is a bit tough to navigate in the winter so be careful! Aspects of the house are a bit outdated, but it adds to the charm of the house!

Thanks for staying with us Matthew. Two new bathrooms over the last two years, more updates to come!
The property was a great size for my bridal party and all of their spouses to stay in. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful and the master bedroom was great for portraits. We loved the open space downstairs to get ready. The house needs some updates and the walls could be repainted, but overall we were happy with it.

Thanks for staying with us, Kelsey! Recent updates at the house include brand new master bathroom, new half bath, new couch, 18 new exterior windows, new deck, 3 year old hot tub. We appreciate the feedback on the few scuffs on the walls. We'll get that touched up. Congrats on your nuptials!
Place was perfect for our group of11. Everyone has a bed and plenty of room. Hot tub was huge and ready to go when we got there. New bathroom upstairs was beautiful. Kitchen needs some upgrades. Owner was very helpful when I reached out and got right back to me. Would love to get back there with the boys!!!

Good location but property needs updates.
The good...location, ample parking, ease of check-in, and the hot tub. The bad...house is outdated, no bathroom on main floor, downstairs full bath bath needs some TLC, . kitchen needs updates, downstairs bedroom has a mold smell.
The racquet ball court seems like a waste of space as one comes to the area for skiing or biking.

Thanks for your comments, Matt. So, if only the RACQUETBALL house didn’t have a…racquetball court? The court is often utilized by friends and children to play on the inside when it’s too cold outside or after a day of skiing or if it’s raining. It’s almost like the court offers those staying in the house with something else to do. I think we would be remiss in also clarifying that there is a brand-new bathroom upstairs which was conveniently left out of the review and a brand-new half bath downstairs. The downstairs bathroom you are referring to has a new sink, toilet and light fixtures. However, it is on our list of upcoming upgrades, as was the two new bathrooms, 19 exterior windows, two new sliding doors, new deck, new hot tub, new TVs, new couch, new pellet stove … Not sure how the bedroom downstairs didn’t have a mold smell for the renter before you, nor for the group after but your group had a “mold smell”. We’ll look into it though.
This home is well laid out for large groups and comes with a bunch of fun amenities.
It is in need of updates as there are lots of items in the home that seem to be on their last leg, but nothing is unusable, just worn.
The racquetball ball court also had a large bin full of balls that we used for a terrific game of dodgeball. Major score for the entire family -great way to settle old family squabbles ;).
The property itself is very close to Killington's base, which was great for everyone to come and go as they pleased throughout the day. It was near the end of a dead end street and had a large yard, so it felt very private in spite of being so close to everything.

Fun house for groups!
My friends and I stayed at this house and we had a blast! House is huge, lots of area to hang out in. We had a lot of guys and only a few couples, so not everyone had a bed, but that was by our choice. Driveway can be a little slick in the winter since it is downgrade, so recommend have a truck or car with all wheel drive. Owner was very responsive when booking and checking in/out. Everyone knows about the "Racquetball house" in Killington. The drivers who picked us up to go to the bars knew exactly where it was and it is known in the circles, for the right reasons. It is super close to the lifts and the bars / restaurants. Hot tub was ready to go, a must have up in Killington. We were able to put the keg on the deck and with the high ceilings the music was pumping. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Looking forward to doing it again next year!

John, we are happy to hear about your experience. We have made some additional upgrades to the house since your last stay! Looking forward to working with you again this year!
We enjoyed the huge hot tub and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well supplied and we liked that the cupboards were labeled. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Took us a while to find the garbage bags though and the security alarm went off making our arrival a bit challenging. We had to find batteries for the smoke detectors which were also beeping. The driveway can be challenging and there is no bathroom on the main floor. The front alarm kept going off all weekend and we had to disarm multiple times a day. The sauna did not work. The racquetball court was fun. Despite the challenges upon arrival we enjoyed our stay and would rent it again. e29a4774-0a3a-4e8f-8f59-c0037c5bbb31

Thanks for staying with us, Sharon. Turns out that the sauna was working, the unit was on but not turned up. We'll adjust the directions to be more clear. Odd to hear about the beeping, but we did replace all the batteries in the detectors after your stay. Thanks again and look forward to hosting your group again in the future!
