Full city center, at the foot of shops and pedestrian streets, 2 minutes from the beach. Beautiful 2 room apartment on the top floor of a small building (Bonsecours district). Bright with a full south view, 33 m2 in perfect condition, living room with US kitchen, one bedroom, an Italian shower room, a separate toilet. The apartment has just been refurbished. 4 beds: A comfortable convertible sofa in the living room and 2 beds of 90 in the bedroom that can be joined. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc.). 2nd floor then private staircase. No elevator
