Welcome to our coastal condo. We are located on the 9th Floor of Bldg. 1 at Beach and Tennis Club.

Beautiful sunsets await you in our 1-bedroom, studio condo with views of both the Gulf and Bay. We are just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

Amenities such as shared pools and private balcony are all open and available for use to relax & unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of waves.

Our beautiful studio condo comes with everything you need for a stress-free beach vacation. Enjoy your time on our private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area to relax in and complimentary Wi-Fi. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, umbrella and a small cooler are provided for you. Also provided are linens and bathroom towels to ensure a hassle-free vacation. We are steps away from the beach with a pristine shoreline to enjoy. Spend time soaking up the sun, shelling, and relaxing, walk the beach to the nearby Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc’s Beach House, Coconut Jacks and The Fish House. It’s just a short drive to shopping, grocery stores and more. Our place is the prefect fun in the sun - beach gateway location.

This unit comes with a starter set of toiletries and paper products for your convenience to help you settle into your relaxing getaway. Please note that these items are not replenished once depleted.

Great stay on the beach

I love this location. They are still cleaning up from Ian but they have made great progress! Beautiful updated condo with best access to the beach. There are many beach supplies to use in the condo. Thank you!

Winter Vacation

This was the best Condo we have rented at the Tennis and Beach Club through VRBO..Autumn and Jennifer communicated within minutes of any questions we had. The condo had all the amenities we needed. We used the beach chairs and umbrella everyday. Docs Beachhouse is right across the road. We definitely will be going back.

We enjoyed our last stay so much, we came back again!!The pictures are exactly what the unit looks like. Closeto the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Very relaxing and a great place to unwind. Yes, there is on going construction but we were out and about during the day so did not notice the noise all that much.

Great location! Great communication with host. Easy check in and out. Beautiful view! It served our purpose well. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood not just the complex so be ready for noise but it stopped around 3pm. Only prob I had with the condo was that the light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom and it turns the light/fan together. So if u get up in the middle of the night you have to turn on the light/fan and then go in. Therefore waking up the person sleeping in bed.

The pictures and descriptions match identical to the unit. Everything was as it was described. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Great local and very close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella was also included.

The condo was steps from the beach in a prime location. The condo was as pictured although it was a little smaller than we would have liked, Mainly because it was a studio and you couldn’t shut the curtain all of the way so the TV had to be on very softly so as not to disturb someone trying to sleep. The bed was comfortable, however, the bed was a king and the blankets were queen size. In addition, the tub/shower didn’t have a grab bar which made stepping into and out of the shower hazardous. Overall a very pleasant experience.
