Perfect getaway

My partner and I just enjoyed the perfect weekend away at Katie’s beautiful penthouse condo! Every part of our experience was flawless from start to finish. We had planned to stay at a hotel for a wedding nearby and decided to book this instead last minute and am so glad we did! Katie promptly contacted me once we booked and everything was exactly what we expected, if not better! It was a very quiet community, and the few neighbors we bumped into were kind & welcoming as well. The unit was impeccably clean and conveniently stocked with all the necessities and more. Even the towels were so soft & fluffy! It’s a spacious studio so we didn’t feel cramped, and enjoyed lots of time on the comfy chairs out on the screened in patio. Fresh seafood & cocktails at Coconut Jack’s is a must- it’s a 2-3 minute walk from the condo (you can see it from the balcony- always crowded!). The beach is just across the street and Doc’s on the water is a must for breakfast! It’s a perfect location not far from Fort Meyer’s Beach & Naples as well… just had less of a touristy feel which is exactly what we were looking for! I feel so lucky for stumbling upon this hidden gem. Katie, thank you again for having us. I can’t wait to come back!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I fell in love with SWFL when he was relocated down here for work in 2019 briefly. This condo offers the amenities we are always searching for when on vacation. It's family friendly, safe, clean and affordable for our guests. We hope you love it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

This property is located steps to the ocean, but still has plenty of room for parking, 2 pools and is conveniently located next to 2 of Bonita's most famous restaurants; Doc's beach house and Coconut Jack's. It's centrally located to both Naples and Fort Myers Beach yet has far less traffic than the 2 aforementioned cities. Just east of 41 you'll find all the modern conveniences of home, less than a 10 min drive from your front door.
