3rd Floor Condo overlooking the Pool In the heart of City Place close to the Kravitz Center and the Convention Center. Fully furnished rental with all the amenities including washer/dryer and gym on the premises. 1 mile to the beach at Palm Beach. One reserved parking space in the gated garage, and within walking distance to the Cityplace restaurants, theaters, grocery store and there is a free in-town shuttle. Secure wi-fi and cable TV are provided. All linens and kitchen equipment is provided, just bring your suitcase! In the complex you have a workout room, swimming pool, and heated jacuzzi. There is no land line telephone, so bring your cell! There is one designated parking space in the covered garage, with covered, secure walkway into the building. No Pets or Smoking please.

Incredible stay!

This unit is absolutely lovely. Furniture has been updated, and the unit has everything you need. I stayed for about 3 months for work, and didn’t want to leave. 2 minute walk from downtown area, 5 minute walk to Publix, and a short drive to the ocean. Great communication, clean and comfortable unit, and extremely convenient location. Would absolutely recommend!
