The unit has a large private outdoor balcony overlooking the courtyard with city views. Located in the heart of The Square and walking distance from the Palm Beach Convention Center and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and famous Clematis Street. This iconic tower is 5 minutes from PBI airport and 10 minutes from beautiful Palm Beach. Cityplace/The Square is a newly renovated city with upscale shopping, restaurants and bars. Private parking spot. 24 hr. concierge/doorman. Free Trolley/Circuit rides around the city, Tri-Rail and Brightline to Orlando attractions or Fort Lauderdale and Miami. *** Please note that the exterior of the Tower is being re-painted and there is some construction noise that may or may not be heard during the hours of 8AM to 4 PM M-F. Our stack should be completed by end of May, 2025, however work on adjacent stacks will continue until the Fall of 2025.***

Great stay in City Place

We had a wonderful summer stay in this condo! The unit was perfect for our needs and was in beautiful, safe and lively area with great restaurants, shops and activities. Parking is included with this condo and is in a prime location. Great for long term stays! Steve is a fantastic and very responsive host. 5 stars!!

Perfect condo!

I had a great stay at Steve’s condo. I was there for about 8 weeks and had no issues. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo building has friendly staff, a 24/7 doorman, and a great pool/hot tub. The location can’t be beat! Steve is very friendly, accessible, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay for Internship

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I was in West Palm for a summer internship and stayed here for about two months.Check-in was smooth, and Al the doorman was especially welcoming and helpful. All the staff were equally kind and attentive throughout my stay.The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The building’s amenities were never too crowded and always worked well.The location is unbeatable—safe, walkable, and right above CityPlace, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and things to do.Steve was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful with detailed check-in/check-out info and great local recommendations, including restaurant happy hours!Highly recommend, especially for longer stays—10/10!
